Many thanks to Suzi, she did a great job on my hair today. So friendly and professional, love my new hair style. She had to put right a previous cut I had which went a little bit wrong shall I say! Highly recommend this salon all the staff are really lovely.

I have super thick wavy hair and Lynsey always knows the best way to cut it. I was lucky enough to find her in 2004 and then followed her when she opened Renaissance. I now live abroad and having tried out numerous other hairdressers, I am pleased to say I am now back to being a Lyndsey regular, timing my cuts for when I am in the UK. No one else understands my thick hair the same way. Thank you for making me love my hair again :)

Lynsey did such a wonderful job on my wedding hair for me and my three bridesmaids! I felt like a million dollars!! I would highly recommend her. She is a very professional and talented stylist!

As a regular client of CRC I have always had a positive experience at the salon. My colourist and stylist Amanda is such a lively and bubbly person and she makes my visits enjoyable. She asks me what I require at every significant part of the colouring and cutting process. I am so comfortable with her that I tend to let her have a free rein. I always look forward to my visits. I would, and do, recommend Amanda to everyone. I feel I should also give a shout out to the lovely juniors who work there. Always ready to offer a cuppa (or a ‘proper’ drink) and plenty of reading material. They are a lovely bunch! No complaints here!

Disability friendly! They accommodated my wheelchair and were patient and helpful. I took the opportunity to have a cut and style at short notice while on leave from the rehabilitation centre. The stylist gave me a cut exactly as I asked and offered refreshments to me and my brothers.Thank you..

Had my hair cut here after over 10 years (!!!) of not having a proper hair cut. I picked Sophie because as a head stylist I wanted her input on what would suit me. She gave me great advice, made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience and was generally just delightful to chat to. I’m over the moon with my new haircut and I’ll deffo be recommending Allertons (especially Sophie) to anyone who is unsure on what they want but needs something new. I will absolutely be back! :)

Wasn’t satisfied with the way my hair turned out first time, so I called in and got booked for a colour correction. I attended the ultimate hair extension course with lani last weekend, I was nervous at starting something new, lani is very approachable and friendly I felt I’d known her years and completely at ease. The training was thorough and informative, I asked questions along the way, took videos and pictures and have since being added into a what’s app group for continued support which I have received. I really enjoyed my day training and left feeling excited to start my own journey with lani in support. Only amazing things to say about lani and her business training, such a high standard of work, knowledge, and honesty to improve where needed. No judgement just the support to get you up and moving. Today I completed a Nano & LA weave training course with lani, I would really recommend going to Lani’s locks if you are wanting to learn how to do hair extensions the day course was so enjoyable and super informative! I came away from the course feeling confident and so exited to start my new business venture. Lani is such a lovely woman, so knowledgeable and supportive she goes through everything so in depth. Since completing the course I have been added into a WhatsApp group chat for ongoing support as I set up my new business. 🤍 Thanks so much!!!

My first visit to Alicia today was great from start to finish. A thorough consultation and explantation of what would be best for my hair to achieve the look I wanted. The blow dry was the best I have had as I have wavy frizzy hair it can be unruly. I was given advice on what products were best for my hair type and how often and when to use. I left with an amazing low maintenance colour a smooth blow dry and a cut to improve the shape. I am very happy with my hair it looks amazing. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you Alicia

Today I visited the salon which was my first time there and having my nails done . The salon was very nice staff were extremely friendly . Niamh made me feel really comfortable and my nails are beautiful. I’d just like to mention Hannah and her client also made me feel very welcomed and it was really nice being included into their conversation. Being in a similar industry myself I know it can be quite intimidating when there’s a lot of people and I have to say I didn’t feel that at all , it was lovely seeing a busy salon full of lovely people .

I have been coming to Copper Rose for my hair cutting and colouring since they opened. I love the way I am always listened to when I describe what I want. Having curly hair, I have always been nervous about going for a hair cut but at Copper Rose they understand what I want and why. I've never been disappointed with the result. In salon, they offer a wide range of drinks, it is comfortable, clean and modern and you are always welcomed with a smile. I also used Copper Rose for all of my wedding hair, bridesmaids, mothers and myself. We were all thrilled to bits with our styles and they lasted all day long! I really couldn't fault them.

Copper Rose is a warm and welcoming salon, the team are a super friendly bunch and i always feel in safe hands whoever does my hair. I have been a client of Keeley's for years, she is fantastic at what she does, always adding to her skill set and striving to better herself in her profession which can be seen in how she runs her Salon.

I started going to Copper Rose when Kirsty moved there and I was not disappointed. The salon is lovely - it's clean, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Kirsty has been doing my hair for a number of years and she has a real talent. She always works hard to get the right results, especially when it comes to colour and you can tell that she really cares about what she does. The rest of the team at the salon are always there to offer advice and encouragement and I love the experience of visiting.

I was given an appointment which was convenient for me, on arrival I was met by my lovely stylist who took my coat and offered me a drink, we discussed what I was wanting, she did not disapoint, the salon is welcoming, warm, clean and bright, all staff are lovely and friendly and make you feel totally at ease. I left feeling totally relaxed and absolutely in love with my hair which I had washed, cut and blow dryed, so looking forward to my next appointment for my colour and cut, thanks to you all at Park Rowe five star, can not recommend enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Update: visited for myself. I had Hannah for a wash and cut - she was so friendly and professional, went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with changes (I can be a bit indecisive). Previous review: Went here on a Saturday and staff were lovely. They gave my daughter's hair an 8 inch trim and it was so quick! I got offered a drink and waited in the waiting area. Can't remember the price but I think it was quite cheap compared to some places. Her hair looked so much better and is a much more manageable length now. They seemed to be having a children's party or something going on too, not sure what that was about haha Thanks!

Well it's been a while since I've been to a hairdresser. Alicia put me at ease, talked through what was going to be done etc. I was so overwhelmed by how nice it looked I cried! I loved it! And I'm going back again! Lovely friendly atmosphere in the salon. Highly recommended!

I visit this hair salon twice a year (wouldn't ever go anywhere else). They are very experienced and listen to how you want the outcome of your hair and give fabulous advice. They look after you whilst there and completely transform your hair. I particularly love the olaplex, which saves me a fortune in keeping my hair in fabulous condition, hence only needing to visit 2x a year. Brilliant salon and very competitive prices

Lovely staff, been going since they opened , long hair short hair , red, brown, blonde, tell them what I would like for a change and they advise me , always come away pleased with the results.

I wanted to try a new Salon and treat myself as I hadn't had my hair done in about 3 years. I was nervous to try somewhere new but everyone was so welcoming and I felt so much better when I came out of the salon and my hair was beautiful. Big thank you to Kirsty ( I think that was the name of my stylist, apologies if I'm wrong!!) I have a lot of hair and she was an absolute super star to manage for such a long time without her arms aching. Will definately be returning
