Beautiful salon full of the best people. I had my hair restyled from very long to shoulder length with balayage colouring, it was perfect! Best bit was the massaging chairs while I had my hair washed! ❤️

Fab experience, felt at ease as soon as I walked in. Such a friendly and welcoming salon. Took the time to talk through exactly what I wanted doing and loved the results. Will definitely be going back!

Absolutely amazing girls, had a good natter, rant, jokes and pampering with endless cups of tea, felt so comfortable, and loved the outcome of my hair, enjoyed it so much didnt want to leave 7 stars from me, thankyou girls, needed that 🥰🥰

I’ve been going to Georgina religiously for just under 2 years for my treatments. She does my lash extensions, the occasional eyebrow wax and Million Dollar Facials. The eyelash extensions are always faultless, her approach is extremely professional, her skill is up there with some of the best. My lashes last the amount of time they’re supposed to and I believe that’s due to her incredible skill and her ability to teach the correct and thorough aftercare - as georgina is not just an outstanding and highly skilled therapist practically but she is extremely knowledgeable and will give as much advice as possible. I have had many compliments on my eyelashes and family members have now started going for her services too due to how great they look. Georgina also does my facials and these are absolutely INCREDIBLE! She explained the full treatment to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout and the end result was phenomenal. Overall Georgina is fantastic, she’s a credit to me, to her other clients and her fellow colleagues but most importantly to the beauty industry as a whole. I highly recommend this salon - fantastic experience every single time!

I have been going to Georgina for 7 years now which just sounds crazy to say, but there is a reason I have returned for all of these years! She is so lovely and makes all clients feel welcome. I have never been disappointed with any of my treatments, eyelashes are always spot on, facials are pure bliss and so relaxing, and some beautiful bouncy blow drys! Couldn’t recommend enough 😍😍

This is one fantastic hairdressers. I love having my hair done here the staff are great very friendly and cant do enough for you. If you dont know what you want to have done to your hair they have great advice. Both my daughter and i started going there though a friends experience x we recently went to a friends wedding and joanne did both our hairs see the photo she made us looked ace xxx love you both Joanne and Natalie.. plus I saw something I've never seen before so if you have a disability then you can go to this hairdressers....they have a mobile hair washer they bring the mobile sink too YOU!!!!! I saw it for the first time when I had my hair done this week I couldn't believe my eye's.the lady had MS and she loves going to Natalie because she as no mobile problems everything is on the same level. Yet again WELCOME salon Y.

My daughter had her first brow wax and tint this week. Steph was extremely professional and friendly, she made my daughter feel very relaxed and talked her through every step of the process. We are so pleased with the result and will definitely be returning.

Update: visited for myself. I had Hannah for a wash and cut - she was so friendly and professional, went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with changes (I can be a bit indecisive). Previous review: Went here on a Saturday and staff were lovely. They gave my daughter's hair an 8 inch trim and it was so quick! I got offered a drink and waited in the waiting area. Can't remember the price but I think it was quite cheap compared to some places. Her hair looked so much better and is a much more manageable length now. They seemed to be having a children's party or something going on too, not sure what that was about haha Thanks!

Great experience. I can be a bit anxious about going to the hair dressers but was totally put at ease. After moving to the area and not knowing where to go for my hair I'd put it off for agessss! Bit the bullet and went to Park Row and I will 100% be back. Such a good experience. Alicia was fantastic and I love my hair :D Ready for Christmas now

I was given an appointment which was convenient for me, on arrival I was met by my lovely stylist who took my coat and offered me a drink, we discussed what I was wanting, she did not disapoint, the salon is welcoming, warm, clean and bright, all staff are lovely and friendly and make you feel totally at ease. I left feeling totally relaxed and absolutely in love with my hair which I had washed, cut and blow dryed, so looking forward to my next appointment for my colour and cut, thanks to you all at Park Rowe five star, can not recommend enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve been coming to the salon for years now & have treatments done by Loren, Jose & Bethan. The salon is perfect vibes, very clean and more like a day out with your friends/sisters. The treatments are exactly what you ask for and always last for a long period of time. I leave the salon feeling as though I’ve had a girl-talk therapy session and so much more confident in myself. I can’t recommend the salon and the girls enough.

They also styled my bridal party's hair the morning of my wedding and could not have done a better job. I felt amazing and all my bridesmaids, Maid of Honour and Mum looked gorgeous. Thanks for making my little girls so comfortable during her hair cut. She’s always been a little nervous about getting her hair cut but was made to feel very relaxed. Really helpful as well when I mentioned we had problems with getting knots out of her hair. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely amazing! After struggling for years with alopecia and never being happy no matter what I did with my hair, I went to see Toni to look at my options- I thought a wig was the only choice and that wasn’t an option for me. Little did I know it was the start of my hair journey. I’m over the moon with my new hair which is the perfect mix of my own hair as well as beautiful extensions in the needed places. I cannot give this lady enough praise, she’s gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my new hair which I never thought was possible. Thank you once again!

Wow the most amazing salon I've been to! As soon as you step in you're immediately looked after and pampered by Toni and her team. I received a gorgeous head massage followed by a lovely cut by Toni. If you haven't been to Artisan you certainly should! Try their amazing products too, they smell amazing and last for in your hair for days. 🥰

Katie Doyle is a fantastic girl and a top barber, I have used her services for several years and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. Kind and polite and always very chatty.
