Had a wasp issue that got progressively worse within a few hours. Got given Gary’s number as an emergency contact. He was here within an hour of making the call and was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.

Phoned Gary yesterday. He was as good as his word and arrived today. He promptly dealt with an aggressive wasps nest. Thank goodness we did not attempt to remove. He wore the necessary protection and took the nest with him. Would not hesitate to use him again. Many thanks Gary.

Such a nice chap. Rang late afternoon, arrived in the evening at 8pm (he’s clearly in demand and works long days!). The problem I thought we had, turned out to be not a problem thankfully. He didn’t charge the earth and clearly very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you Gary.

Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

The added bonus is because he's an animal lover, wherever possible he will ensure that the 'pests' are removed humanely and aren't harmed. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with mice and was very thorough with his checks and work, reassuring me, and giving me piece of mind about the most humane way to deal with the issue. Had to call Riddex out for my parents house after hearing scratching noises. Anthony came out same day, placed traps and over a period of 4 weeks solved the issue. I would highly recommend, he is very knowledgeable, polite and punctual, always explained what he was doing and the next steps he needed to take.
