Gareth did a fantastic job handling a wasp nest in a tricky spot under our roof tiles. He came back three times to make sure everything was properly cleared, which we really appreciated. Professional, reliable, and thorough—highly recommend his services!

Excellent, efficient service. Riddex pest control came out over the course of 3 weeks to stop the rat problem in my home and blocked up all potential entry points to prevent further problems. Being heavily pregnant I was too anxious to stay in my own home but riddex pest control really put me at ease and made me feel a lot more comfortable in my home. Very reasonable cost, will definitely use the company again in the future if needed!

Great experience dealing with Richard. Very responsive just before Christmas. We would highly recommend Richard, he is extremely knowledgeable. On his first visit he carried out a through inspection, identified the problem areas and where he thought the point of entry was. Brilliant service all-round. A real thorough job plus he ensured we were happy with the service he provided. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none. Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot.
