Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Called Ian at Cedar pest control due to an infestation of wasps/nest in out bay window. Ian was very prompt and arrived the following day to reaolve the issue. He has great knowledge and experience and would not hesitate to use him again.

Since the first meeting Danny Sabey and Crystal Pest Control becoming our pest control service provider, we have received a VFM professional service. Since the contract started I have needed advise and additional services which Danny has been happy to provide. Danny has also on occasion been able to arrange urgent out of hours service with less than 4 hours notice. Also the operatives that attend site to complete the scheduled service visits are very professional, helpful and polite.

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Fantastic professional service. Rats were getting into the wall cavities via a hole in the neighbours house. Surekill dealt with everything and spoke with the neighbour to get them on board with the issue, and got them to consult with their landlord to get the hole blocked up. They have pencilled in a follow up call to lay the poison and also check with the neighbour to ensure the landord will fill in the hole and prevent them coming back. Great service.
