Called Ian at Cedar pest control due to an infestation of wasps/nest in out bay window. Ian was very prompt and arrived the following day to reaolve the issue. He has great knowledge and experience and would not hesitate to use him again.

Had a problem with a wasps nest that I needed sorting quite quickly. Luckily they were able to get here the next day and deal with the problem swiftly and effectively

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Since the first meeting Danny Sabey and Crystal Pest Control becoming our pest control service provider, we have received a VFM professional service. Since the contract started I have needed advise and additional services which Danny has been happy to provide. Danny has also on occasion been able to arrange urgent out of hours service with less than 4 hours notice. Also the operatives that attend site to complete the scheduled service visits are very professional, helpful and polite.

Arrived on time, efficient, well mannered, and the finished job was first rate. Highly recommended.
