Had our 3 visits by Neil completed today - very knowledgeable and pointed out what we can do to proof our property and stop anything further. Very thorough and give us some piece of mind about everything, thank you! The company are also very good at being prompt and each visit was early in the day and we received calls both the day before to confirm and the day of when he was on the way.

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. Very quick and efficient. Arrived within an hour of my phone call after our cat brought a live mouse into the house. Ryan set traps and mouse was caught within a couple of hours and then came to remove the body. Would definitely recommend.

I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

Amazing service! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The unwelcome 'lodger' was swiftly removed from my loft, and Mark charged a fair price. The added bonus is because he's an animal lover, wherever possible he will ensure that the 'pests' are removed humanely and aren't harmed. Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Who do you turn to when your young adult offspring rings you in a blind panic having been eyeball to eyeball with a rat in her living room? Vespa solutions were absolutely brilliant! Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Jony did our 2nd treatment very well. Fast and reliable. Went above and beyond as far as doing some carpentry for a hard to reach area and sealed that off also for a strong and effective result in avoiding the pests to return. Thank you Jony :)
