Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Excellent, efficient service. Riddex pest control came out over the course of 3 weeks to stop the rat problem in my home and blocked up all potential entry points to prevent further problems. Being heavily pregnant I was too anxious to stay in my own home but riddex pest control really put me at ease and made me feel a lot more comfortable in my home. Very reasonable cost, will definitely use the company again in the future if needed!

We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. Brilliant service when I had squirrels in my loft, came out quickly and revisited at short notice twice when the squirrels were trapped as we were going away. Now we're squirrel free and at a reasonable and transparent price. I'd highly recommend them.
