I had an outstanding dining experience at International Restaurant, thanks to Asim, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my preferences, offering thoughtful recommendations from the menu that perfectly suited my taste. His knowledge of the dishes was impressive, and he made sure I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the meal. Asim's friendly demeanor and helpfulness truly enhanced the experience, making it a memorable one. Highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for great service and advice on food choices!

Amazed at how good this restaurant is, best curry we’ve ever had! Incredibly reasonably priced too! They also made my partners birthday extra special by singing happy birthday and bringing out a dessert with a sparkler. Shout out Rays who served us, he was great and very attentive!

Niloy was super helpful throught the whole experience. Every staff member was friendly and checking in. The food was served quickly and really fresh and hot. Amazing options for vegetarians and meat eaters. Our first time at the sticker lane restaurant as opposed to town and it did not disappoint :)

The food was 4/5 for me, I’d say the portion is a decent size and with the complimentary butter it gives it that extra level otherwise I had it at 3.5/5. The service is brilliant as the owner was very generous and paid attention to detail. He gave us complimentary butter (garlic, naga and the black pepper) variants all of which gave a distinct flavour to the meat cut. Knowing it was our first time he gave us those to try with the steak. The decor is very 2010’s and if you’re into that sort of thing then it fits. The owner also spent some time with us at the end asking for our honest feedback and was open to suggestions. We were given a complimentary deconstructed Black Forrest cheesecake which was beautiful, I think the biscuit base and berries were top notch but the cream cheese element could do with some work as it was slightly runny. Overall I would say it’s a good concept but not sure it would be something I want to do every time I’m after a steak. In my opinion the meat quality is on the lower end and that’s reflective of the score given. Would I go back? I would say yes

The restaurant environment is amazing! 1st time going there and I already can't wait to go again. We had lamb chops as starters- so tender and juicy!! Then we proceeded to have sirloin steak on the rock: First time ever eating steak this way and the best one so far!! Sony took the time to explain how we should do the steak depending on how we wanted it- such a lovely and warm gentleman!! We ended with the deconstructed cheesecake and it was the cherry on the top of the cake!! I will definitely return soon!! Thank you so much for the experience, Sony!!

Carnivores delight. So nice to be able to have your steak blue/rare or however you want it as it comes out on a hot slab of granite, sizzling and smelling amazing. You just leave it on there until it is cooked how you want it. Generous sized portions and meat top quality, no gristle or excessive fat. Garlic mushrooms for starter was rich and creamy and came with warm baguette for dipping. Atmosphere lovely and friendly, they can't do enough for you and really know their stuff regarding the meats and accompaniments. It is definitely an experience not to be missed.

I discovered this restaurant through Instagram, and their posts appeared exceptionally enticing. After reviewing their overwhelmingly positive feedback, I decided to take my family to a birthday lunch there. It was truly an unforgettable experience! The cuisine was delectable, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was simply delightful. In addition, we were offered a complimentary basket of freshly baked bread and a bowl of salad that tasted so good. Despite being the only people of colour in the restaurant, we were treated with the utmost respect and made to feel at home. I extend my sincere gratitude to the staff for making my birthday a cherished memory.

Really very good indeed … Called in on the off chance as it has not long opened and was pleasantly surprised nice decor lovely and clean and super family friendly my children have all grown up but how lovely to see and hear the little ones chattering … nothing is too much trouble the service is superb only to be surpassed by the food … I had a classic burger which was a generous size perfectly cooked and very tasty the fries although frozen were quite good as was the complimentary bread and dips served before the main course … one small point the olives at least the black ones have stones the others don’t so beware don’t get lulled into a false sense of security !!! Ps it’s not very warm in the restaurant bring a cardigan many customers left their coats on

My first visit to Hanzade and most definitely won’t be the last. Myself, my sister and our mother who has limited mobility were very pleased with the impeccable service from the minute the door was held open for us. All the staff including the owner were extremely attentive throughout. The new decor was stunning. The food was presented really well and tasted great. The complementary bread, dips and tea was a lovely gesture and tasted amazing - be warned the bread is addictive! The kunafa is a must, as freshly made with just the perfect amount of sweetness and crispness of the vermicelli. Hanzade is a great addition to Bradford and I wish them well and every success.

Fantastic experience - We got complementary bread, dips and salad as a starter. The bread was soft and fresh and the salad was a decent portion size. For our main course we ordered the family grill for four people. Again the portion size was generous and we had leftovers to take home even after 5 of us shared it. The food was very fresh and tasty, there was a variety of chicken and meat options. The waiters were polite and attentive, they even helped us clear up water that was accidentally spilled. At the end we got complimentary Turkish tea which was a nice touch. The decor and vibe of the place was also very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Visited Al-Shakoor which is located on Leeds Road. There is on street parking available and bus service with a 5min walk. Visiting from Scotland we were treated here by friends. The ambience is great. The food took a while to come out and I noticed others coming in after us were getting served their food whilst we were waiting. Once the food came it was great. Everything tasted fresh and portions were generous. Food was full of flavour and I would definitely revisit!

We discovered this place through a friend's recommendation and it definitely stood up to the hype. We ordered the grilled tawa for sharing and the presentation was amazing and unique. The portion size was perfect and I would recommend going in on an empty stomach so you can truly enjoy the absolute feast this meal is. The taste was simply the best and honestly I can't praise it enough for how good it was. This place is a hidden gem. And will recommend everyone to try it if you are looking for amazing food to share between a group. Good price, great service and amazing food. What more can you ask for.

After a long day of wedding shopping, we were starving, and the Tawa pictures online looked SO GOOD! Our table of 8 was greeted with a warm welcome. The interior of the restaurant was nice, clean and very on brand. The Moroccan lights looked beautiful. The menu was simple-ish, but a bit outdated. Nit the items, but the actual menu itself. Also, no rice dishes were available. That didn’t bother us though - ee went for the Tawa! We ordered the Tawa meal for 8. Service was quick, but as a fee large tables arrived together, some items e.g. our mocktails took longer to arrive. Again, not a bother as it was evident the staff were trying their best. The Tawa did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious! The meats were so tender and succulent. So much flavour! We polished it right off! The only downside - it’s cash only. Will 100% go back.

Al Shakoor is One of The Best Eateries on Leeds Road. Good Fresh Food All The Time We've Had. I've Been to This 4 Times Now with Family or Friends and Always Had Their Big Tawa. It's Worth The Price in Every Aspect. Big Enough to Share and We Always End Up Taking Our Left Over Food Home as Well. The Price Seems Huge But It's Worth It. An Elder Brother There Always Very Welcoming & Very Helpful. The Young Kids Working Inside Sometimes are a Bit of Let Down Cos I've Noticed They Pay More Attention to Their Phones Behind The Counter Than The Actual Customer. No Need to Book & We've Always Managed to Sit In Straight Away. Cash Only BTW but Can Accommodate Bank Transfer If Really Needed. Highly Recommend This Place & Suggest To Help Local Businesses Around Us. Our Local Businesses Need More Help Than Ever Before From Us Thanks to The Lack of Interest From Governments & Local Councils.

Food tastes amazing, fresh and not over cooked. After finishing our food they even brought us a slice of cake with warm custard over. Definitely the best Shimlas we have had. Will definitely be returning customers.

Great service, food is spot on, there is ample parking space for free, massive hall for events with fancy lightings - parties, birthday, wedding reception etc with the bubbling background music 🎶..lovely and will highly recommend 👍🙌👌

The Jollof rice and Jerk chicken was something else ! Best Jollof I've had yet ! Can not wait to try the Curry goat ! If it's anything like the food I've just had ill be a happy man ! 100% recommend this place !

What the place lacked in atmosphere, the food made up for it especially the sizzler and garlic naan.

Absolutely quality mixed grill, portion size was huge and perfect to share, chicken tikka was tasty and plentiful, big steak cut chips and a tasty chicken kahari.. overall experience was great and friendly waiters, you after go to the bar to order your food, not the best of looking places but food is top quality

Definitely worthy of a 5 ⭐ rating! I didn't get any food, so I am unable to comment about the food that they do, but the atmosphere was great, even if it was a sport I don't like that was on TV 😅. The staff were very friendly and polite, which is always lovely to see. I was able to get the drink I like (Kopparberg Mixed Fruit), which was very tasty, as always. Overall, I highly recommend this place, without a doubt!

I have been ordering takeaways from Lyceum for many years now, but never ate in. My first time dining in, and getting to enjoy a mixed grill sizzling hot, which was spot on as always. The prices are reasonble, friendly staff, portions are big and the Mixed grills are the Best!

We couldn’t fault a service like this—it’s the best in Bradford for service, food, and atmosphere. Our experience at Mezza was fantastic. The food was authentic, and the waiters were very attentive and friendly, considering we had a large family and the restaurant was busy. Definitely worth the money.

Gorgeous freshly made food in the loveliest venue. I'm knocking down a star as recently service has gotten a bit poor.. i blame the young staff who are not as authentic with the cuisine as previous staff were. Also they don't do tap water.. totally disgusting and ridiculous. The place is expensive as it is and they can't even give you a glass of water without charging you?? Absolute robbery. That being said, the quality and taste of food has always delivered. I recommend you try as it's one of the best in Bradford and I can't wait to go back!

Fun place with over the top American wild west theme. Everything is very smart and clean inside, and the service was friendly and efficient. I had the 'Django Unchained' burger - fresh bun, plenty of cheese, lovely well cooked turkey rashers on top. The meat itself was ok, but a bit overcooked and unfortunately not juicy. Came with plenty of nice fries. The food was good for the price (hard to get a burger and fries for under £10 these days so it was all good for the price) (Might need to think about the music they play through the speakers. Swearing and inappropriate lyrics. Not very child friendly!) Fun place for a good priced meal and I would recommend it.

First time coming here and was definitely not disappointed. Service was quick and the inside deco matches the theme really well. Food is really tasty and fresh doesn't feel greasy at all. Got the fish steak and the chicken steak sizzler. Very generous portion. Would definitely recommend and come again. Ideal for families with young children.
