Highly Recomend! Absolutely one of the best pubs I've been to in a long time. Food by their Chef Jojo was absolutely amazing. Made fresh and in great time. Hope to visit again soon. Great Pizzas "his lordship" had phenomenal flavours. The loaded chips were brilliant.

Fantastic place to visit, eat and drink. We were made very welcome and our food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. So glad we made the decision to stop here overnight. Can’t fault anything, thank you for your hospitality.

After a really long hike with our dogs we were welcomed and spoiled! The atmosphere was homely and staff were beyond great! Will definitely be going again with the big dog! Food was great and the chips were spot on!

Stumbled across this pub by accident and so pleased we did - really friendly welcome for us and our dog (who was given fuss and treats). Kids had pizzas which they said were brilliant, and adults had the curry night platters which were delicious, a great way to get a little bit of everything. The end bill including 2 rounds of drinks was around the same price as just the food bill at another pub in the village, so also excellent value. Highly recommend!

First visit but definitely not our last! This was an amazing night of tasting great food served by great staff. Great atmosphere I can’t explain in words how great every part of the evening was the food took centre stage. Many thanks to every member of staff from the front of house to the chefs.

Came here for my birthday. What an experience. Food was outstanding, service also outstanding, we left feeling pleasantly full. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, restaurant has an authentic feel in keeping with the building and the history. Price was reasonable when the quality is considered. We would definitely return. Thanks again.

Enjoyed the Saturday lunch menu. The food was as good as any other Michelin restaurant I’ve dined at. The staff were friendly, and engaging about the food and drink. I couldn’t fault it at all. I will definitely return. Next will be the Sunday lunch and then the dinner service. Very good value for money too.

I booked the Craven Heifer for a family get together last Sunday and I cannot fault any part of it. There were 15 of us and every person said how much they enjoyed the food and the restaurant. The service was fantastic, all lovely friendly staff. The food was really great, the caramel cheesecake was so good, one of the best I’ve had! We did not feel at all rushed, and our food arrived very promptly. Thank you to everyone! We will be back!

Overall phenomenal hotel. A very special place for our family. We first stayed before having any children and have been staying ever since our family has been growing. Our toddler loves coming here and enjoys her bath watching paw patrol! And our baby boy first came as a newborn in April and now again as an 8 month old. we feel very fortunate to have found such a lovely, welcoming place that means so much to our family. All staff are very friendly, kind, accommodating and caring. They always make us feel welcome and go the extra mile to make effort with our children. It’s even nicer we have got to know different members of the team and it’s even more beautiful staff members stay the same which is proof is a lovely establishment. Consistent and happy staff. Evie in particular always greets our little ones using their names and they love seeing her. She even held our baby and settled him when he was upset so we could enjoy our breakfast which was so generous of her. She’s a phenomenal worker and we love getting to know her! Kieran in the kitchen is so friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him. He accommodated our children’s eating quirks and also my fussiness and always tries his best to accommodate everyone. The food is always great and so so tasty. The breakfast section is also stunning and such a treat that it’s included. The kitchen staff are superb. The room is beautiful and quirky. Refreshments are topped up each day and fresh towels are laid out without needing to ask. At one point in was our yearly treat. We slowly but surely have been adding in extra trips as and when we can. Now we most likely come up to 3 times a year and we wish it could be more than that. our latest stay has been a 4 night Christmas stay and we have loved and appreciated every ounce of luxury. Thank you to all the very hardworking staff running this gorgeous hotel. If you haven’t already visited, try it! You won’t be disappointed. This sandwich shop is amazing!! It’s become a part of our morning routine, being affordable and make so many options. Only down side they’re not open 7 days a-week.

Just been here, after seeing on Facebook it has new owners I wanted to welcome them. Absolutely fantastic panini, children’s items and the rocky road is one of the best I have ever had! Can’t wait to go back.

Went here alone on a mid day weekday, service is incredible and food is incredible! Best lamb shank I have ever had, gravy absolutely divine, 10/10 for everything. Fire was on and it was love, warm and welcoming. Food and drinks came to £25 and I picked the more expensive dish on the menu so could easily be under £20 for food and drinks if you’re on a budget to eat out.

Nice big car park round the back (access up the side of the pub) Stopped in for some food after a walk, really nice food, not expensive for a sit-down meal would go again.

Came to the Swann for a meal with my friend after a day out. We came in the atmosphere was absolutely amazing, we hadn’t book a table but accompanied us by offering us a drink at bar first then sat us down. The food was amazing, the burger coming out and taking us so much room on the table. Will be back again ! Never been so happy this is a local!!!

Such a great country pub! Great food (burger 10x better than The Fleece down the road), a really friendly service and good beers. Book the only table in the Snug on a winter’s evening and you’ll get a fire to yourself… perfect! 🔥

We visited on Thursday 23rd January the meal and service was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I both had 10oz fillet steak

The first time I visited was good. I visited for a second time yesterday with my partner and we had an amazing meal. Chicken wings and pork belly for starters - the sauces were great and the pork belly was particularly delicious. We had the sirloin steak which was cooked beautifully. I got fries but my partner's chunky chips were even better. We had crème brûlée for dessert - also great. I had cocktails, which were well made and there was a good selection. The Old Fashioned was particularly good. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, they cleared our plates and took our orders quickly, and were very attentive. Thank you for a wonderful evening - we will return!

This place has been on my visit list for a while and we were not disappointed! Came as a family for a celebration meal at 5pm on a Friday and the place was lovely and quiet, we had one whole side of the restaurant to ourselves more or less the whole time ! We had the sharing platter for starters, everything on it was absolutely delicious, in particular the scotch eggs!! Me and my partner shared the special tomahawk steak for 2 which was to die for with the chimichurri sauce on!!! All the sides were gorgeous too and my little boy loved his kids steak! Highly recommend and would definitely love to return to try more of the menu!! Would like to say our waiter was absolutely lovely too !!!! Thanks 😊

Went for husband's birthday. We were the only people in the restaurant, however this was likely due to it being the day after Mother's Day and a Monday evening. Food was delicious. Mixed sharing platter was excellent, great choice if you can't decide what to order! Both had steaks for main which were cooked well, and the chunky chips were amazing! Also tried some bone marrow gravy which was really rich and tasty. Puddings were brownie and creme brulee which were lovely. Long island iced tea cocktails were also good. Service was excellent, very attentive waiter, however we were the only customers so cannot comment what it is like when busy. Will definitely be returning!

Great Sunday roast. The sirlion of beef was incredible. Salt beef hash cake & a poached egg for starter, lovely. The ice cream was a bit tasteless so a bit of room for improvement there, but it didn't put me off going back

Celebrated my birthday with friends for a lunchtime get together - we all enjoyed the food - delicious. There is a good selection of choices, and good portions. For dessert as a treat, we choose off the coffee and cake option this time- 3 mouthwatering canolli each! Wine included. Fab! Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Its a regular spot

Ordered from the festive menu for a late lunch with my son. I had the smoked haddock florentine to start which was absolutely delicious. The dish was beautifully presented and the poached egg was perfect. Unfortunately two of the four main course options were unavailable but I had the lentil shepherds pie which, whilst very nice, was slightly dry. This was soon rectified by the addition of some gravy. For dessert I chose the mandarin and vanilla cheesecake which was deliciously light and creamy. As always, the service from Anyela, Claire, Katy and Lorraine was fantastic and the restaurant area looked delightful with its Christmas decorations. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

What an incredible place to have my first solo Christmas dinner ! The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was second to none and the atmosphere incredible! Tilly you made my whole dining experience a joy! If you plan to eat out for Christmas day you will not be disappointed having your Christmas lunch here! Fabulous Sunday dinner, food cooked to perfection, huge portions and the best Yorkshire pudding I've had in ages. Desserts were fabulous too. Great service from friendly staff. Can't wait to return to try the rest of the menu 😋 highly recommend.

Wow!! Fantastic new eatery for us carnivores but still enough on the menu for those that prefer lighter meats, fish or vegetarians. Five of us went for my daughter's birthday and everyone really enjoyed all the food and struggled to finish their plates. The restaurant has blackboards with details of all the meats on offer and which local farm they came from so you know that's it's all sourced within a few miles. There's even huge fridges near the entrance which display the different cuts of meat. The portions were so huge that we couldn't manage the puddings, but next time we'll have puddings instead of starters. Chef Joe and the whole Herd team really looked after us and we'll definitely be back soon.

We were welcomed on entry and quickly shown to our table. Someone talked us through the menu as they have a regular menu, a special steak menu and a specials menu. The scotch egg starter was really good. The special steaks are good for sharing and are reasonably priced for what they are. Save room for pudding, the baked alaska and the dippy egg are both excellent.

Staying in Addingham and we smelt the spices walking home from the pub over the road so thought we would try. Really good in my opinion. We had chicken sag, chicken tikka biriani and aloo gobi plus a peshwari naan. All really good. It cost us £20. We had to pay in cash. Would definitely use again.

Ordered a takeaway for delivery whilst staying at Olicana. Food was delivered piping hot and on time. All three curries and the accompaniments were fabulous Good quality and very tasty. Would definitely use again when in the area.
