I thoroughly recommend Mr Chan. Searching for a dentist that would provide appropriate treatment led to me having expensive initial consultations with five different dental clinics. I was told in these clinics that I would need implants, however I felt this was unnecessary and thankfully Mr Chan managed to replace the crowns on my four upper front teeth. These new crowns look great, they will last for a long time and they were cheaper than the implants. Mr Chan is a fantastic exponent of restorative dentistry, and the only place I would go if I needed further treatment."

Mr Chan is the kindest dentist I have ever met, as a nervous patient he has always been extremely reassuring, I totally trust him and his dentistry is outstanding. The hygienist is also the best that I have ever seen and I feel totally safe in her hands. All the staff are highly skilled in their interactions and care of patients and are always very professional

A great service. Needed a specialist opinion and possible surgery on a worrying gum recession and received terrific detailed, clinical advice from James Chesterman, as well as accommodating an appointment at fairly short notice. If ever I need dental treatment outside of my dentist’s scope, I’ll be straight back to these. Excellent dentists.

Top Service, really clean job, Chris and his apprentice fitted a new boiler at really short notice, Old house had no heating or hot water, fitted a new Worcester 30kw, good price, would definitely recommend and be calling to fit a new bathroom!! Thanks Chris

What an amazing guy Chris is. My daughter and my young grandson had no heating or hot water on CHRISTMAS EVE, but not a problem for Chris he came to her rescue, and promised he wouldn't leave until the boiler was fixed, thankfully he was able to fix the problem, and the icing on the cake, at a very reasonable price. He is a star and we can't thank him enough, without Chris's help Christmas would have been cold and miserable.

Chris is the most professional and efficient plumber I have met. 24 hours after asking him to fit me a new boiler and it's installed and working perfectly. Superb service throughout, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We were SO impressed by Wells Road Dental Surgery. I attended for the first time with my two young sons on Wednesday. We were immediately put at ease by the receptionist, Caroline, before the boys met Liam, their new dentist. He was superb with the children and ever so helpful, decisive and clear in his actions and communication. My 7 year old son, when excitedly regaling the story of his day to his mummy later that evening, said, “Oh my gosh, he [Liam] was SO good. Seriously, he was a joke [apparently that’s a seriously good thing these days]. He’s like the Ronaldo of dentists!” You can’t get higher praise than that, can you?! Particularly as no-one wants a dentist called Messi! ;) Anyway, keep up the brilliant work - we’re absolutely delighted the boys are in such safe hands with Wells Road Dental Surgery. 5 Stars!

Well what can I say except absolutely amazing experience at this dentist . I had 2-3 teeth out up top and a full denture fitted also 1tooth out bottom and a partial denture fitted Jonathan was really excellent 👏 the whole procedure was PAIN FREE he was very nice and knowledgeable about anything I asked.Must give a shout out to the dental nurses also Caroline on reception lovely lady thank you caroline. I have been a patient at Wells Road Dental surgery for over 30 years. The treatment I have received has never been less than outstanding- whether for a routine check up or for an urgent problem. I had an extraction last week carried out by Helen Clark which was so expertly done I didn’t realise the procedure had actually been carried out. She was so reassuring and understanding and explained what she was doing and what to expect. Great service from all the professionals at Wells Road- dentists, nurses and receptionists . It’s actually a pleasure to attend! Highly recommended!

I have always been scared about going to the dentist as long as I can remember, so I put off a check for a very long time until a friend recommended Wells Road Dental Surgery. The practice has been fantastic (the receptionist and dental nurses are brilliant, too), and the care I have received has been outstanding. I feel listened to, and everything is explained so well. My dentist understood my nerves, which put me at ease from my first visit and no longer worried about going for checkups or treatment, which I never imagined I could say. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough (especially if you are nervous about going to the dentist).

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Had a really good experience with this company. Would definitely recommend. Our boiler was not working and needed looking at urgently. One call, and a boiler technician, Abdul, was on his way. Abdul was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the boiler repaired quickly and efficiently. We even had the boiler serviced by him while he was here. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

I don't know what you heroes get paid but its not enough.Really professional and caring when i had to have one of my ferrets put to sleep a while ago you consoled me in my grief and today when i brought in one of my older ferrets you could tell i was panicking so thank you for the quick diagnosis and that we can stabilise his condition. I walked into Kingsway vets worried sick and i walked out a much happier person thanks to not just the vet but all the staff there too you can tell they all love animals and it must be very upsetting and rewarding in equal measures thanks for everything

Took my two ragdoll kittens there for the first time today! Very friendly vets, would highly recommend. You can tell the vet genuinely cares so much about our pets and not just about the money! The receptionist was also very friendly (it’s very rare to find a friendly receptionist LOL). The prices are also decent, I have joined the pet health club, which is only £18.99 per month so £37.98 per month for both my kitties! It includes many benefits, definitely worth the money!

Brilliant company, from initial contact to installation Steve and the team went above and beyond. The team worked quickly and efficiently, also kept me up to date with all work and any additional issues they faced on the day, they also cleaned up and left no evidence of any work or damage caused by installation of new plug sockets. Thank you for fitting me in for today's appointment, I much appreciated it. My first visit to the Ilkley branch where the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Phil as always was very thorough and professional and explained the necessary treatment well, even though the treatment plan was changed at the last minute. Both Phil and the dental nurse were very considerate of my needs and anxiety and did all they could to help. I was very pleased to receive the aftercare email on arriving home.

Being a nervous patient when it comes to dentists(due to childhood experience). I was recommended by a family member who goes to the practice. I was NOT in the least bit nervous when I arrived at the practice. I was given a very warm welcome by the reception team. The dentist was lovely, explaining absolutely everything. His Dental nurse was very efficient and very reassuring when I had to have xrays as I can't usually manage them. I have to say the WHOLE experience was very good. My hygienist appointment was good also. Everyone was lovely and explained everything. All the information I needed was printed out and also emailed to me. A HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the reception team to the dentist,hygienist and the dental nurses.

It was my first treatment today at this clinic . Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist and Dental nurse were very nice friendly, reassuring and professional. The treatment took an hour but I was never in any pain. It was a front tooth replacement filling , which needed to be done but it looks so much better now than it did before, due to the care and attention given to it by the dentist here.
