Cannot speak more highly of Dave. Polite and knowledgeable, no question was left unanswered. Did a major service and timing belt replacement on my skoda and the car runs like a dream now. Picked up from my drive and dropped back off in the afternoon. Very professional, I shall be using Dave's services again and I have already recommended to friends and family!

Dave is a top lad, spent over 3 hours on my car stripping it down, nothing seemed too much trouble. Found that the part he'd been sent was wrong, and put the car back together to sort out another day with the correct part when it came. His charge was VERY competitive. Already arranged for the correct part to be fitted. Highly recommended.

My alternator belt snapped on Wednesday and needed it repairing before Friday; had me booked in for Thursday morning and car back with me a few hours later. Have been looking for a local trustworthy mechanic since moving here, will definitely be using these from now on.

Matty is the only person I trust to carry out work on my car. I've recommended him time and time again. There really isn't anyone any better. He's trustworthy (he will not charge for work that doesn't need doing) and his prices are great. Just go to him. You will not be disappointed!

I've never met a car mechanic as good as Steve Wood He is exceptional, very detailed and highly skilled and he has an outstanding customer service ethic too. Because he's so good, you need to book in a month in advance, but I think that's a good thing as this just shows how good he is. Amazing, thank you.

After taking my highly modified car to another garage for a full health check as I was concerned there was a problem due to a strange noise it was making. I was told there were no problems and they couldn't hear the noise I had mentioned, and it was safe to drive. I didn't believe what they told me so I began searching for another garage for a second opinion. After some research and recommendations from friends I decided to try PJ Autos. After speaking to Paul I asked if he could thoroughly check my car for faults.He opened the bonnet while I was there and instantly spotted a problem regarding the coolant system and pipework which he showed me. He said I was extremely lucky my coolant pipe hadn't come off when I was driving as there was no clips holding it in place. I left my car with Paul and later that day he called me and explained in detail what he had found wrong with it. It turned out my cam belt was badly cracked and needed changing as well as the water pump and fan belt, also the coolant system needed flushing. When I arrived Paul took some of the coolant out of my car and showed me that it was full of rust, he explained the process needed to flush the system and refill it. I was also advised it would be safer not to drive my car until it had been fixed. I agreed and decided once I got home I wouldn't use it. I booked my car back in to be repaired and he explained the cost of the work for each repair and then the total. The price's were very fair and I was impressed with how thoroughly my car had been checked and the genuine honesty I could sense from Paul. He even fixed some little things he noticed while it was in for repairs like the grill on the front of my car was loose, the bolts were replaced also they realigned the exhaust tips as one was sticking out and the other wasn't which had been bugging me for a while.He's the kinda guy who treats each car like he would his own which is rare these days. Overall I can't rate this garage highly enough. If you want your car to be genuinely looked after and repaired at a fair price I doubt you'd find a better garage to take your vehicle. 👌😄

Phoned Paul to see if he could get my Toyota in for its brakes seeing to ahead of a trip at the end of the week. He managed to squeeze me in and has done a fantastic job for me at a fraction of the price Leeds Toyota quoted me. Would highly recommend, very friendly guy and didn’t talk down to me (yes, it still happens at some garages!). Thank you so much

Took my wife's VW for 2 year service. Very thorough, picked up a couple of things that should have been done by German Auto care on previous service, but weren't and sorted out lumpy running engine. Spotless workshop at the end of a busy day too. Highly recommended and we'll always use them in future. Great job!

Good solid blokes who do a great and reasonably priced job. My only negative would be when they answer the phone. I like a business to announce who they are when I call, not just 'Hello!' Other than that, brilliant. I'd highly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant service. Rung on Saturday to see if they could get me a new exhaust as mine fell off and was far gone. They ordered the part Saturday and fitted it on monday and it was all done before christmas eve! Good prices, friendly staff and quality service. Definitely be returning!

I broke down on M62 with a disintegrated clutch (see pic) I found Georgi and Tomi by chance and the breakdown took me there. What a pleasant surprise. It was fixed very quickly despite being a busy garage and the price was very good. Good mechanics, good service and a great price. I can thoroughly recommend. Great!

Did a manufacturer schedule service at a highly competitive price maintaining the vehicle's warranty. Provided a detailed inspection / vehicle health sheet confirming what had been done. I have a lease car which needs servicing in line with the manufacturers specifications. Don't get ripped off by a main dealer or garage chain. I'll use these guys again !

I have taken my vehicles to Illingworth’s for a number of years. They are friendly, honest, helpful, reasonably priced and only do what is necessary ie I don’t have to worry about been ripped off

Had my car booked in at a dealership who quoted me nearly £2,500 for work to be carried out before my MOT could be passed. Was told about TPH and how great they are so took my little car there who informed me that some of the work the dealership said needed doing was not necessary. TPH looked over my car and said that nothing was urgent and passed my car’s MOT with some bits that will need to be sorted in the net 6 months. I can’t thank Tom and his team enough for helping me as I was very stressed about the dealership quote. Thank you so much Tom, will be using you in the future for sure 😁

Tom and his team at tph are amazing! Always go above and beyond, wouldn't go anywhere else! I've never had a bad experience with this garage. I've had to use recovery services a few times and always had brillaint serivce. Ive been offered courtesy cars when mines been fixed.
