First time dealing experience was great. I contacted JCR leeds to get my DSG serviced & a regular service on the car; Seat Leon cupra 290 2019. They provided a quote and availability pretty quick and wasn't pushy about anything. They got me in within a week of request which is great to say how busy I saw they actually are!!. I got a reminder text a few days before of time and date of appointment and then one the day before just to politely ensure I make it. Jay came out to speak to me and collected my keys in the morning, he let me know it was best to go home as they are busy so I wasn't hanging around and had a good chat with me before I did so making me feel so at ease. He's a top bloke and really down to earth and knows his stuff. Aiden was the fellow who did my car and he communicated with me throughout the process as he found that dreaded waterpump unfortunately is leaking (common fault on the cupra) He had a good chat with me when arrived to pick it up giving me some good advice and directing me what to do as I have extended warranty on the car and how I should proceed which was above and beyond what he was required to do so again thanks guys ☺️. All in all the experience was 10/10 I'd definitely go back for any further work on my vehicle which is saying a lot as I don't usually trust anyone.

Robert and his team were amazing. We broke down on the A1(M) and had to leave our motorhome outside the garage for repairs the next day. He got us disagnosed, fixed and back on the road that day. Lovely guy, great attitude and seemed really honest. Brought in my Landover for it's MOT, had quite a lot of little problems/ minor fails. They sorted me out same day, dispite a couple of them being annoying jobs still left same day for less than a hundred quid all fixed and a new MOT. #5stars Also he respected all the Covid19 stuff, social distancing and you pay through a little window. So important nowerdays. Will be getting all my future work done here.

Booked our car here for its MOT but my husband forgot to take it on the morning. Rang at lunchtime to explain and asked if it was now too late to bring. They were very accommodating and we got the passed mot'd car back within a few hours. It might have been different if it hadn't passed but thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

Never a bad experience with Strettons. I've recently had a stressful time with my car with my brake pads going and I was massively stressed out (and poorly!) Strettons fitted me in at last minute and ran me back home and picked me up the following day when my car was ready. Can't fault them :)

After needing to call the RAC out when my car was making loud noises and being told I had a cracked exhaust - I had expected a very expensive bill and for a wait to get it sorted. I was delighted that after a recommendation from a friend Strettons were able to get me in straight away and had it fixed with a few hours on the Friday before bank holiday weekend. It was also a fraction of the cost I was expecting and a friendly service - thank you!

So very pleased with my MOT done by yourselves. Had probably 10+ MOT’s done over the years and every garage always keeps the car all day. Dropped off around 9am, MOT completed before 10! That’s even with me saying I was in no rush & going home. Really pleased with the service and will be using them as my MOT garage from here on out!

Accepted my car in for its MOT at the last minute due to a garage round the corner turning my car away due to a minor issue before they even started the test despite being booked in with them for weeks leaving me in the lurch. Banktop let me leave it with them and squeezed me in, in time before my MOT expired, very helpful and worked overtime to get my car back to me asap. Life savers! Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. I needed a broken coil spring repairing as a matter of urgency as I was due to make an essential 500 mile round trip on Friday ( this was 12.30pm on Wednesday. ) They completed the repair 4 hours later. Would highly recommend.

Having seen 'The Motorist' while watching Bangers and Cash, last Sunday with my Grandson we decided to have a trip out (about 40 mins from our home) for 'cars and coffee'....Plenty cars to peruse and chat with the owners about! Had a (nice) coffee in the cafe and after a bit more mooching around left as the rain started. Will certainly visit again in the near future and are keeping an eye on upcoming events!

Awesome venue. Visited here for a work course, and the facilities are top notch. Shop is very expensive, however sort of expected given the place it is. Really good vibe. Only downfall is there were only a couple of EV charge points of which the app wouldn’t let me connect, therefore had to charge on the way home.

Went to The Motorist in Leeds for the ExclusiveJDM car show on the Saturday, had an absolutely class day. The whole vibe was spot on – loads of amazing Japanese cars, from old school legends to properly built modern stuff. You could tell a lot of thought went into the event, and everyone there was just chilled and loving it. The venue itself is such a cool spot. It’s way more than just a car park with a café. It’s like a mini car haven. The shop was a nice surprise too, full of car-themed gear, books, models, and loads of stuff you don’t usually see in regular places. If you’re into cars, you’ll definitely end up buying something. We grabbed a few Hawkstone beers and sat outside watching the cars roll in – perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon. Food was decent, staff were friendly, and the whole place just has a great energy. Whether you’re a hardcore car nut or just fancy a different kind of day out, The Motorist is 100% worth a visit. Looking forward to attending another car show there!

Visited for the first time for a supercar Saturday social. What a place for transport enthusiasts, including myself. Cars were amazing, and the atmosphere was great. No chavs mucking about like most car meets nowadays, just positive vibes. Only thing that could be improved is the queue to get in. Once you turn onto New Lennerton Lane, it's gridlocked until you reach the venue. The shop could also do with more car model branded stuff on the shirts and hoodies, similar to the jackets.
