Took my Golf R to JCR for a DQ250 gearbox and Gen 5 Haldex service, absolutely faultless experience. The car feels noticeably smoother and sharper after the work. Professional, efficient, and highly recommended for anyone serious about looking after their performance for their cars.

First time dealing experience was great. I contacted JCR leeds to get my DSG serviced & a regular service on the car; Seat Leon cupra 290 2019. They provided a quote and availability pretty quick and wasn't pushy about anything. They got me in within a week of request which is great to say how busy I saw they actually are!!. I got a reminder text a few days before of time and date of appointment and then one the day before just to politely ensure I make it. Jay came out to speak to me and collected my keys in the morning, he let me know it was best to go home as they are busy so I wasn't hanging around and had a good chat with me before I did so making me feel so at ease. He's a top bloke and really down to earth and knows his stuff. Aiden was the fellow who did my car and he communicated with me throughout the process as he found that dreaded waterpump unfortunately is leaking (common fault on the cupra) He had a good chat with me when arrived to pick it up giving me some good advice and directing me what to do as I have extended warranty on the car and how I should proceed which was above and beyond what he was required to do so again thanks guys ☺️. All in all the experience was 10/10 I'd definitely go back for any further work on my vehicle which is saying a lot as I don't usually trust anyone.
