Took my car for an MOT this week and was very happy with the service and the price. Great customer service too. I will bring my car to them for anything it needs in the future. Thank you for restoring my faith in garages as I’ve some horrendous experiences and bills in the past.

Had my car at a garage, they wanted £618 and told me needed all around brake pads and discs, and they charge £65 P/H +Vat for diagnosing the issue with car Phoned Firth Garage and explained the situation they couldn't be much more friendly! Told me to pop it in to there garage, he checked the car over while I was there and shown me and explained that the pads just needed a little seeing to, anyways car fixed with in the hour and it cost me £40! Absolutely appreciated his help, honesty and he didn't try just fob me off ( being a female i find this often with car garages) Had son with me ( he's 22!) And both said afterwards wow we found our new garage for all car needs Absolutely credit of a buisness Once again Thank you

I recently put my BMW Z4 through its MOT, which it failed. The MOT place only does MOT's, so I asked if they knew of a good garage I could take it to. They recommend King Street Motors. The services was excellent and the price was very reasonable. They even took it back and put it back through its MOT before delivering my car back on to my drive. First class service. Will definitely be both using and recommending them in the future. And they are proper car enthusiasts aswell 👌

Had to leave a review for great service from this garage. So we had a puncture / tyre split as you can see in the pictures. This was a garage nearby we managed to do it too for repair. They offered same day service and as they were at a great price we decided to get all 4 tyres done as they all needed doing anyway. Overall after getting there, the tyres were sorted within a couple of hours! Our stressful day was made less stressful knowing Gildersome Autos were able to sort out quickly. 🔘🔘🔘🔘🚗

Recently had a lot of work done here on my MG ZS. Work was carried out quickly and for a fair price. The whole process of booking, checking in etc. was all very easy. Staff were very friendly throughout. Offer of a courtesy car is much appreciated and the reason I went here in the first place. I will definitely be back if any work needs doing in the future.

Wow what a great garage Rachel, Gareth & Martin were exemplary. We have a licensed private hire Mercedes vehicle and we needed a repair done speedily to meet all our upcoming obligations. RM diagnosed the fault almost immediately, sourced the parts and got everything fixed within 24 hours, we were also afforded a courtesy car whilst the work was underway which was incredibly helpful. Booked my car in last minute for MOT. The car failed, the guys here were amazing the mechanic came our explained everything priced the work up, was honest and transparent that due to the work there may be other parts that need replacing and let me know so I could agree before they started work on fixing it. They even gave us a lift home after the car failed so we did not have to get a taxi or walk. Honestly you guys were amazing! Excellent service. They sorted my wife's Audi within 2 hours and then a few weeks later replaced the drop link on my Renegade within the same amount of time.... and that's getting the part and fitting it! After talking to Martin on the phone about one of his cars he had for sale, and reading the reviews about his car sales. I took the risk and travelled 6hr round trip from Worcestershire to view the car. I was not disappointed, the car was exactly how he described it. The car was 10 years old but was top notch and drove back the 3hrs with out missing a beat. As for Martin, it was a pleasure to meet and do buisness with him. Down to earth honest and a great character.

I booked an MOT 2 days before, on the day I was slightly late but did not matter. The service was done in about 3 hours and they were flexible in collecting times. Cost was average for MOT £40 (I believe quite good) and I was on my way in no time. I would recommend for MOT, for repairs will update in the future as planning to service my car here if possible.

Whent for a tyre change as I needed a new tyre fitting that I bought, took the work on and had it fitted and balanced same day for a reasonable price

I left my house and upon getting onto the motorway I could hear a loud clattering sound coming from underneath my car. A small inspection showed the undertray had come loose and I really needed to continue my journey. I came off the motorway and started heading back home and noticed Cars Garage open on a Saturday. I parked up and was greeted by the staff and I explained what had happened. The staff took a quick look and said they would move their own car and pop it on a ramp and fix it. 10 minutes later fixed and I was able to continue my journey. I offered the staff some money and insisted he take it but he refused to do so saying he would not charge for a quick 5 minute fix. It made my Saturday and chances are I will probably come back for my next MOT or any other needs as clearly they know how to deal with customers. Your local community are lucky to have a business like yourselves around them. Thank you.
