I had to get a headlight bulb fitted at very short notice and called around to many garages. Willow Garage was the only one that called me back promptly. They had the bulb I needed within 20 minutes and fitted it in just 5 minutes. Excellent service all around! Highly recommend!

Chris' who runs the place is a genuine guy. Willow garage has kept my VW polo on the road for around six years so have no hesitation in recommending willow garage. And to top it off his prices are very reasonable. Try them well worth a visit.

I phoned willow garage last minute as my car was stranded with a flat battery. Chris was very prompt and sent someone out within the hour even though he doesn't do call outs. Even though I have never used willow garage before and don't know Chris he wouldn't accept any payment for his services. If I could give willow garage a higher score I would. Cheers Chris.

An amazing swift rescue service with a smile - day 2 mum & daughter special timeout- about to set out to shopping in Leeds to find a completely dead car - my own Warranty service estimated at @ 1h 40mins further wait, so called this garage. I explained symptoms (potentially flat battery) & our predicament and asked if they could possibly nip down - Richard was just great, will be there in 10 minutes - he was there in 8, got it started, explained what to do. I then realised I had no cash - not a problem, he said. I could ring and pay ( I looked honest) - which I did. Fantastic helpful professional service - if I had lived nearer I would switch garages. I booked my car in for an MOT and for the source of a myriad of amber warning lights to be investigated. Andrew France and his employee, Richard were helpful, professional and explained everything clearly and kindly to me, which was reassuring when you don’t know anything about cars. Good and honest mechanics that are more than happy to explain the work they have done. They also had the opportunity to charge me more than was needed and replace parts that did not need replacing BUT DID NOT! I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone that asked me.

Brilliant service from Mark today. First time customer, recommended by my brother in law having been let down by another mechanic. Issue with seized brake calipers which Mark quickly diagnosed and ordered the likely replacement part. Upon inspection though, the part just needed freeing up not replacing and he agreed to add the inspection charge to the next bill. Amazing value for money! After the main dealer quoted £180 just to diagnose the fault, these guys managed to diagnose it and fix it for less than £100! And managed to squeeze my repair in within 2 days of my first call. Couldn't be happier, they were helpful, friendly and professional. I'll definitely use them again!!

Well firstly I would like to say anyone near marsh, who needs a car mechanic, you’d be foolish not to use these guys, absolutely the best garage I’ve used in 22 years of driving, they had my BMW in the other week to carry out some work, which had been supposed to be done by another local garage who failed to do the job properly, not only was the job done quickly and properly I had a shock at how fairly they priced the work, you really couldn’t ask for nicer people either, you are made to feel welcome and at ease by everyone at the garage. Extremely thorough, trustworthy and customer focused. My battery needed replacing, so my friend highly recommended ML Autos. I cheekily rung the garage 10mins before closing time to let them know that I was on my way. I turned up later then planned due to traffic and much to my surprise, Josh (mechanic) hung on for me. My initial reaction was 'outstanding' customer service. It gets better!...My car was ready very quickly. He had performed a 12 point Health check with a print out of the result. This was very professionally executed with actual photos of my vehicle, showing areas that needed attention. [see images]. Never have i experienced this type of service from the many garages that've used in the past. Genuinely nice 'life saving' team that actually 'DO' care. Nothing but good words for this garage. I had a driving holiday booked to France and 3 days before the timing chain went on my BMW X1. I was quoted extortionate amounts and some garages didn't even want to take the job on. Michael and his lads worked tirelessly through the night to get my vehicle back on the road in time for my holiday. Not many genuine mechanics left in huddersfield but it's safe to say these guys definitely are. Can't recommend them enough. Top quality services from genuine lads who just want to do their job!
