Brilliant company, from initial contact to installation Steve and the team went above and beyond. The team worked quickly and efficiently, also kept me up to date with all work and any additional issues they faced on the day, they also cleaned up and left no evidence of any work or damage caused by installation of new plug sockets. Would recommend Cockerham to anyone in the area

Wayne has done a brilliant job for us at short notice, fixing a faulty socket that was causing a loss of phone service. Really helpful over the phone, quick to fit us into his diary, and then explained what he was doing and a very reasonable cost. Happy to recommend, he’s a great local expert.

I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light! A great all-round service and at the right price!

West Yorkshire Electrics recently undertook an EICR, upgraded our consumer unit and installed some sockets in the garage. Jamie was very helpful in arranging the works quickly and talking us through the process. Josh undertook the work without fault. Very friendly and professional throughout the process. Will use again and would highly recommend.

Fantastic workmanship, Ellis was polite, professional, cleaned up after him and was on the job instantly. Did a great job. Will recommend this company ALWAYS to EVERYONE, and will always use them for anything else I need. EVERYONE involved were truly amazing, thank you. And, they price themselves very fairly. Stopped by for lunch today after a long walk on the moor. Ridiculously good value at £6 for a delicious Yorkshire pud stuffed with brisket and all the trimmings. Beer cold, service warm and muddy dog friendly. I think you'll have a hit on your hands with this place. Thanks Andy, Maggie and Rolo

Came in yesterday lunch time and had a Brisket Yorkshire Burrito. It was great and at £6 was good value for money especially by Ilkley standards. The service was nice and friendly. Also was given a sample of their Pork Belly which was some of the best Pork I've ever had. Will definitely return to try their main menu sometime.

I'm new to this area, was visiting local doctors who gave me some pretty bad health news... I wanted to go home but stopped by for a quick coffee and bite to eat... the staff where so welcoming, and I don't just mean, hi and a smile, I mean really welcoming, really cared about your morning, service with not just a smile, but a laugh and banter... it was so refreshing to watch in this day an age of automation and tech... they proper lifted my spirit, made me realise it's not all that bad... and the coffee and tea cake was bloody awesome. Thank you so much for making me feel good!

A friendly, neighbourhood sort of cafe. Really friendly service, like joining your neighbours at a courtyard, though it's right by station and main road in town centre. Food is average, nothing special but doesn't mean it's bad, it's like simple home cooked meal.

It was my first treatment today at this clinic . Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist and Dental nurse were very nice friendly, reassuring and professional. The treatment took an hour but I was never in any pain. It was a front tooth replacement filling , which needed to be done but it looks so much better now than it did before, due to the care and attention given to it by the dentist here.

Thank you for fitting me in for today's appointment, I much appreciated it. My first visit to the Ilkley branch where the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Phil as always was very thorough and professional and explained the necessary treatment well, even though the treatment plan was changed at the last minute. Both Phil and the dental nurse were very considerate of my needs and anxiety and did all they could to help. I was very pleased to receive the aftercare email on arriving home.

I have seen many dentists over my 68 years who gladly take the money and spend as little time as possible with you, just another patient. I have found one that I can trust. Phil Moore. Who tells it like it is. Gives you information and options, listens to your concerns and doesn’t look at his watch to see if time is up. So very glad I went. Thank you

Being a nervous patient when it comes to dentists(due to childhood experience). I was recommended by a family member who goes to the practice. I was NOT in the least bit nervous when I arrived at the practice. I was given a very warm welcome by the reception team. The dentist was lovely, explaining absolutely everything. His Dental nurse was very efficient and very reassuring when I had to have xrays as I can't usually manage them. I have to say the WHOLE experience was very good. My hygienist appointment was good also. Everyone was lovely and explained everything. All the information I needed was printed out and also emailed to me. A HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the reception team to the dentist,hygienist and the dental nurses.

I had an appointment with Owen today, he is always very polite, professional and friendly. He always shows an interest in my wellbeing and explains in great detail what dental work is required. Chloe the dental nurse and Owen make a great team. I have been going to Ilkley Dental Care for many years and due to his care and consideration I would not dream of going to another dentist even though it's a 34 mile round trip for me. Well Done Owen and thank you!
