Booked to view a beautiful 2018 Audi A3 on the website and Andrew got in touch early next day to get me booked in. I lived an hour and a half away and he was very accommodating to work around my availability. Once I arrived on the Saturday, the car was ready at the door and was absolutely immaculate. Andrew was very friendly and chatty, and allowed me to test drive the car on my own, telling me a suitable route to follow. Andrew is very knowledgeable and provides no pressure for buying the car, offering amazing customer service. He told me everything I needed to know about the car (Full Audi service history etc) and I ended up taking out finance on the car, the same day. He helped with all of this and even let me go the next day (Sunday) to pick the car up leaving me enough fuel to get home and extra! The car required a brake fluid change 2 weeks after owning, and Andrew was more than happy to cover the cost of this for me! 10/10 service, extremely recommend! Thanks again Andy!
