David and his team were so helpful and reassuring. It's many years since I bought a car, we've had lease cars through work, and we were lucky to find what seemed like an ideal car at Ilkley Motor Company, a few minutes walk from where we live. We're grateful to David and Russell who were quick to deal with a (very) minor problem with the car after we'd driven away, and for giving us a real sense of security with their excellent service.

Russell went the extra mile (in fact several!) to make it easy for me to view, drive, buy, and take possession of a modestly priced BMW with 100,000 miles on the clock. So I figure he doesn't just make the extra effort for the big deals! He's just a naturally helpful & obliging guy who wants his customers to be happy. A pleasure doing business Russell!

Bought a Golf from Ilkley Motor Company a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision. David and Russell could not have been more helpful. They were happy for me to test drive the car for as long as I needed and they weren’t at all pushy. They were more than happy to help with any questions I had on the day, and questions I had on how to operate the entertainment system after I’d got home. I would absolutely recommend. Oh my goodness, this by far the best experience I have ever had in 50 years of driving. David was honest and open about the Volvo I bought unseen, his description was spot on. Main dealers should look in awe of this garage, it's a masterclass of how it should be done.
