Have taken multiple cars to Andy and the team and cannot fault a thing. I feel bad I haven't thought to leave a review before because these guys give an honest opinion, do what they say they will, in the timeframe and for the price quoted. Can't ask for more and they've really helped me out of a jam recently, with zero notice, so can't thank enough.

I have used lots of garages over the years, the last 3 years I have used milestone. The customer service is second to none. I am so impressed with standard of work and been able to trust a garage. 5 star service would definitely recommend.

Had rear quarter and welding done,unfortunately hydraulic line fractured in the process so roof stopped working,but car takenback in and repaired no quibble.fine job and great service.would heartily recommend.first class.

This is the 3rd time I have used this garage. They are utterly superb! I almost want to keep them as my little secret but they deserve all the business they get. This time I had a full service and MOT carried out which was completed quickly and for a very reasonable price and Paul did his usual checking and putting right little extras for no extra charge as part of the service. Brilliant. I'll be back!

Great, friendly garage. Went for a MOT and did not have fails so did not push the advisories on me. The prices I did ask for, were very competitive. Also great at communicating and keeping you up-to-date. Minor point is that it can be hard to find as the new signage is not finished yet so it doesn't say Apex anywhere. But it's the orange one!

Finally found a garage I can trust! The owners are very down to earth and honest. Exactly what you need. I had a couple problems with my car and was worried about it, so was desperate to have it fixed. Apex managed to fit me in even though were very busy, and they fixed it same day. They also did not over charge. Once the work was done they explained to me exactly what the problem was- very informative and kind people

Really friendly and informative and will talk to you and explain what they've done and treat you like a human and not just try and give you the keys and get rid of you happy with the service (may have found my new place to go to) 👍 New update Had car taken back in due to engine cutting out thought it may have been a fault with some work they did last/first time I went after taking it back (didn't book) but they was more than happy to look at the issue and also another one that I forgot to tell them about last time I went found out it wasn't anything to do with what they did but they was able to get the part and sort it out for me same day absolutely fantastic was shocked how quick they was able to get it done still highly recommend

On holiday and side light blown. Popped into Baxter’s and replaced for a very small charge. Halfords would have asked £20 for the same service. It’s lovely to still find some genuine people.

Another visit from me, my heat shield was rattling and was quoted £150 to replace it by a main dealer during its mot & service (I'm on a plan or i wouldn't go there). I called up in the morning, they squeezed me in in the afternoon and £20 later its fixed! Friendly, approachable team. Thoroughly recommend, again!

Have been using Baxters for about a year now, they have always strived to get us in as soon as possible for emergency repairs (Last week I called up just after they opened and they asked me to pop in after 11am to replace the dipped lights as both had blown, at low cost too), they are honest, don't try to rip you off and will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Did a manufacturer schedule service at a highly competitive price maintaining the vehicle's warranty. Provided a detailed inspection / vehicle health sheet confirming what had been done. I have a lease car which needs servicing in line with the manufacturers specifications. Don't get ripped off by a main dealer or garage chain. I'll use these guys again !

I have taken my vehicles to Illingworth’s for a number of years. They are friendly, honest, helpful, reasonably priced and only do what is necessary ie I don’t have to worry about been ripped off

Excellent, really happy with these guys. All I did was book in for a full set of new tyres (because they were considerably cheaper than elsewhere), ended up getting a great experience. Tyres fitted perfectly, made aware of some issues with existing alloys, was also nice to be able to chat to them about the car since it’s a new purchase and something different. Speedy and friendly too. Couldn’t recommend this garage more, definitely going to return for other future work.
