He is very clear, does exactly what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. Everything is very clear and easy right from booking a quotation to completion of the works. I will not use anyone else for any electrical work that I need!

Sam was brilliant - from turning up and quoting on time (on a Sunday!) through to fixing the issues just a couple of days later. I cannot recommend his company/services enough. A genuine, nice and honest guy who's clearly doing an exceptional job. I had tried sorting a job myself as I'd been stung by someone else last year in the area. I messed up, but took a leap of faith in Sam, turned out I did the right thing and whilst challenging (my fault!) - Sam sorted it within a few hours. I will be using Sam for all future works (and before I mess anything up on the wiring... 😉)

Sam has done a number jobs for us over the past 5 years including a full rewire after our home was flooded, Outside sockets and new spot lights, heated floor and fans fitted in both bathrooms . He is very professional and he explains the work that has to be carried out so you know exactly what you are paying when the job is completed . Very trustworthy and reliable , would highly recommend.

Brilliant work by Julian. Used Pritchard Electrical for installations at home and for our business warehouse. I think his communication in terms of timings and costs with us was second to none. Steve (and team) worked on my house for about 3 years through covid. Full rewire (and certificates) including running Ethernet cable to every room. Always came back to help on small issues and despite the job dragging, was very reasonable priced. It’s hard to find reliable workmen but Steve is trustworthy and competitively priced to boot!

I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!

Jack has been to my property twice to check a fault on my charger and to install a new ev charger. He has done an excellent job on both occasions. He was very professional and didn't leave the job until he was happy everything was working properly and I was happy with the installation. Would recommend Jack and Plug it In to anyone.

Brilliant service from Craig and his lads, right from the quote (a fortnight ago) to carrying out the work today. Craig came on time and was very courteous when giving me the quote for the garage rewire. He explained how the job would be completed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Best full english breakfast I've had in years. Sausages and bacon from Binns butchers in Saltaire. Unfortunately only open at weekends 9 - 2pm. Plenty of parking. You will not be disappointed. A fantastic find

Had the big breakfast wow local sausage and bacon from q guild butchers binns of saltaire even the beans and tomatoes were good quality and the staff were really friendly and had a good bit of banter with them especially when they found out my son works at binns.I know a good breakfast and it's a 10/10 from me ps there is another bacon and 2 more spam hiding as I didn't have the black pudding and the 2 hot toast are out of sight

I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light!
