The only fitter who would fit what WE wanted without insisting on a change in OUR design. We sourced the complete bathroom including tiles and accessories and Chris supplied the adhesives, pipes, wastes etc. He made suggestions on better ways of doing certain things, positioning etc and the end result was stunning. He is a perfectionist and all round decent guy. Would not hesitate to recommend!!

I had an old boiler that had broken leaving me with no hot water. I contacted Norton Johnson and they were very responsive, came round exactly on the time they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the problem. Very professional, excellent service and a good price. I will definitely use them again if I have a problem in the future.

We were extremely pleased with the new bathroom fitted by Norton. From start to finish the process was seamless and the end result far exceeded our expectations. When issues were identified when the old bathroom was removed they were clearly explained and sorted without any fuss. Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

Came back from holiday on a Sat to a small leak downstairs, called the company based on good Google reviews, and the service was excellent. Martyn came round, identified the issue, went out for parts and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. Great service, good price.

One of the pipes behind the toilet was leaking water. Phoned Martyn who was away on a weekend break but said he would come as soon as he got back, which he did as promised and on time. He went away for some parts and fixed the the leak within an hour. Martin did a brilliant job and at a competitive price. I would certainly recommend Martyn to anyone who required a plumber.

Absolutely fantastic service. Phoned yesterday due to no hot water or heating. Martyn had only come home from a holiday overseas and was also fully booked on his return. I would highly recommended this guy! I had a problem with my boiler losing presssure (error code e119) every morning, and also it was going beyond the red line when heating was on for a while. He came to my house the same day, and fixed the problem! What more can I say? A genuine and honest person who I would highly recommend. He also went above and beyond and checked my boiler for any problems!

We’ve just had a new boiler fitted by Ben ! From the word go he was professional and respected our home. We received a message to say he was on his way with a tracking app and a picture of him so we knew who he was . He arrived on time and after introducing himself got straight to work and worked tirelessly until the system was working, cleaning up as he went along, He explained how to operate the new boiler controls and made sure the system was running properly, and that we were happy with everything. Excellent experience with LPS limited. Our boiler needed replacing after it was condemned. No heating or hot water. Contacted them at teatime Monday and new boiler was in by teatime Thursday. Competitively priced too

The Team at LPS were first class. They always turned up on time, kept us informed of delivery dates or any potential issues More importantly, they did not try to "sell" us what they wanted us to have but listened to what we needed and advised. This was a huge job for us, an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels and a new multi fuel stove, so inevitably there was some upheaval. The team kept this to a minimum and worked methodically and cleanly. We were dealing with 1 Firm and 1 overall Manager, Craig. I would recommend them to anyone.

Struggled to find a gas fire fitter to buy an online fire and get it fitted. Went to LPS at Guiseley and got the same fire albeit a little more expensive but as they have their own fitters it seemed the best solution. Joe came and assessed the situation and advised on getting a bird cowel fitted. Arranged a date for fitting. Had everything fitted and tested. Really efficient couple of lads, polite and friendly. Really loving the new fire 🔥. Would highly recommend LPS to friends and family.
