Rob fixed our dripping shower and did alot of investigation as the parts were no longer available. He seemed as happy as we were when the part fitted. Great persistence and a reasonable price.

Our downstairs heating stopped working, filled out the form on their website Saturday night and Monday morning I got a call to say they could come Tuesday dinner time. Came to look at the issue and we got the part ordered that was needed, when it arrived they came back the next day to fix. Absolutely brilliant service will 100% use again and recommend to everyone. They were great! My old boiler broke 1 week before Christmas with 2 young kiddies in the house. I couldn’t find anyone to come out quickly, but they moved their schedules round and even worked late so they could come fit a new boiler the next day. Really friendly service too. Can’t thank them enough for sorting it so quickly!

Chris came round this morning to look at a leaky radiator, explained throughly the problem and went above and beyond. Was a great help also just explaining things for future use. Called CJ Heating & Gas Specialists Ltd .. Spoke with Chris who responded the same day to our faulty boiler. After an hour he pinpointed the fault but due to the age & availability of the parts for the 25 year old boiler, we were advised to replace it, which was expected. Within 48 hours the new boiler was supplied & fitted .. Its hard to find reliable tradesmen these days but I can highly recommend their quality services & support 10 out of 10 👍

Amazing service. We had a burst water main pipe when we returned from our holidays. Tried several plumbers and Ben was busy, but still able to respond very quickly, thankfully! He was not only able to send someone to solve the plumbing problem but also to provide other multi skilled professionals to help to get everything sorted. First class service.

We have just had a new hot water cylinder fitted and it has been the most awkward and difficult job - our original plumbing was a nightmare! I have been so impressed - the careful planning, assessing, attention to detail has been fabulous - and a tank literally three times the size of our old one has been perfectly installed into our original airing cupboard - the pipework so well executed that the door shuts perfectly. I am beyond impressed! And loving the piping hot water - that doesn't run out halfway through!

Ben was recommended to us by our neighbour and his team have sorted some radiator issues we had and some tricky tiling. The guys were really pleasant and proffesional, and did an excellent job. Ben responded quickly to any communication, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and his team.

Would highly recommend! Ben has recently renovated my en-suite and WC to an exceptionally high standard. He came around to quote within a couple of days of me contacting him and was great at visualising the finished article and giving me ideas of what could be done. He provided a full quote within a couple of day, talking me through areas we could cut back on if the quote was over budget. I didn’t cut back as I wanted everything we’d talked about doing, and I felt the quote was reasonable. He started the work approximately 2 weeks later and had all the trades lined up. The trades he used were also fantastic; very productive and very tidy. Ben and his team had both bathrooms done in just over a week and the place was spotless every evening and when they’d finished. Ben was always contactable either on the phone or via text throughout the whole process. I am so happy with both bathrooms! Already booked him back in to service my boiler next week!
