We had 2 radiators fitted today and this family business did a great job we will definitely use them again.

Tom from Davies Plumbing and heating did a very nice job of replacing our leaky old kitchen mixer tap. After visiting us to see our problem, he shared his supplier's photo of the best match for to approve ahead of fitting, and was able to visit very soon after to fit it. He worked quickly, tidily and effectively and was friendly and agreeable to deal with.

The company replaced eight radiators and thermostats in my home. They completed the job in one day and accepted my new ideas with a smile. I recommend them to everyone. The price is worth the work. Good job.

I had water coming through the kitchen ceiling & after my last experience with a plumber who shall remain nameless, I was hoping for a better experience from RA Plumbing & Heating & I was not disappointed. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

Fabulous service. Following a very poor experience with British Gas, a regular customer of Mark's called him to see if he could assist me. He was able to come that day. My old boiler - which had ceased working - was gone by the end of the day and a new one fitted the next working day. Mark and his colleague Graham were charming, attentive, efficient and efficient! I would highly recommend their services.

It was an absolute pleasure to find a tradesman who did the following :- 1) turned up on time 2) fully explained their findings (with evidence) 3) gave a comprehensive quote and return time 4) left the premises clean and tidy 5) returned when they said they would 6) carried out the work quietly and efficiently 7) left a job sheet specifying the works done 8) billed the same as quoted Paul was a gentleman throughout my dealings with him on the phone and was happy to respond to queries via WHATSAPP at what may be considered non working hours. Matt who did the work was polite, respectful of his surroundings and willing to take the time to explain, in simple terms, the work done and why it was required. I'll certainly use them again and would be more than happy to reference their work.

Really love my new bath, shower screen and shower riser rail. My bathroom looks new again and Chris was so careful removing the old bath, all tiles luckily saved ☺️ Chris really helped me with selection and gave great advice. He also serviced my boiler, removed and capped my gas fire and capped my hob for new kitchen.
