Had several issues with leaking pipes and previously fitted utilities, phoned Keith, he was amazing from the start, even though there was challenges such as road weather conditions he was on time, executed jobs, perfectly and clean, organised, well equipped with all parts and tools, very friendly and helpful, respectful, great customer service skills and abilities, matching knowledge, would highly recommend and use again.

The best plumber I have ever used. Friendly and personable, he arrived within an hour or so of my phone call and replaced a kitchen mixer tap (the cold water feed pipe under the sink had split) for a very reasonable price. Very quick, competent and left everything neat and tidy. Absolutely brilliant, I will definitely be using KJ Godfrey again.

We've had Keith round twice over the last year to sort out several leaky taps and sinks: he's great. Always explains what the problem is, what the options are etc. Good quality work and very reasonable price. He's a lovely chap too. Will definitely use him again when we need a plumber!

Nix has undertaken a few jobs for me and also for my parents to a high standard. He's fitted a new shower at my rental property, and a new tap in my own home. He went above and beyond in recommending options within my budget, is friendly. Importantly, he turns up when he says he will and gives an indication of price before starting work.

I was recommended The Plumber from a friend that spoke very highly of his works. I contacted Nix at very short notice as another plumber that I had scheduled decided to go AWOL. He attended my house on the very same day and at a time convenient to myself. After showing him where I wanted two large radiators he advised what the works entailed, how long they would require and anything else that needed doing. I cannot fault his professionalism to his work and price. It was a full days work as he had to create some additional wooden brackets to hold my radiators and bleed/fill the system back up to optimum performance again. I couldn't be happier with his work, many people have commented on how nice my radiators look and how well they have been installed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Plumber to anyone. I am happy to recommend this service. Even though the job required was not an emergency he said that he would do in the next few days. He tried to contact me the next morning but I had my phone on charge but he still drove to our address on the off chance and found me in. He was quick and efficient and he charged me the least possible price he could (most plumbers would still charge a large call-out fee). Overall I was very happy with the outcome

Needed a replacement tap, that was broke in the kitchen, called and came in a couple of hours, 20 minutes later, we had a working tap again. Very polite and good work. Price was good too. Very recommended.

Needed a waste first floor pipe connected up to the stack pipe waste - an odd assortment of non-standard parts used in the construction. John worked out a solution to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely use his services again.

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Wow! Thank you for saving us! The pipe connected to the expansion tank corroded badly and leaked flooding my bathroom on the floor below the water tank. John was the first plumber that answered my husband's calls out of 4 who claimed to be 24/7 and never got back to us. This was on Sunday evening. Not only that, I tried John on separate line not knowing hubby was already calling him and he called me back straight away. The next day John arrived promptly after mid-day and installed a brand new pipe. All good and in great shape! The price was very reasonable. I contacted S Fearn Plumbing after discovering a leak in my house. One of their team were with me within 24 hours and had diagnosed the issue. Stefan removed an old gas heater and capped the gas supply. I had been searching for a gas engineer for a while with no luck and after coming across his good reviews online, I contacted him and he was round to do the work. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend.

Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache. He’s a really lovely lad and I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re in urgent need of a plumber! His prices are very fair and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Thank you stefan!

I first came across Brad when I had an outside tap constantly running - he gave helpful advise about how to isolate over the phone and then came a few days later to replace the tap. Given his help and professional manner, I then asked if he did bathroom renovations and I’m so glad I did! Brad and his team have done a fantastic job on our new bathroom. He had a good local recommendation for a supplier of the bathroom furniture and his team have done an amazing job fitting everything. Great communication throughout, tidy workers and adaptable to circumstances. Would highly recommend, and I’ll be recommending Brad and his team to others. Initially i was worried about the new boiler cost but its absolutely been worth it. My bathroom and en-suite were also completely transformed recently and they're amazing! I used AMB Plumbing and Heating for a bathroom refurb. I am really happy with the end result. They were great at communicating with me throughout the renovation and quick to resolve any issues that cropped up. They turned up when they said they were going to and completed the job in a good timeframe. I also think they are very reasonably priced given some of the quotes I had for the bathroom refurb. I will be using again in future for any plumbing/ heating help I need.
