I contacted Chris at Resolve Heating after reading the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. I enquired about a gas boiler service and Chris explained clearly what was covered through the service. I was assured by Chris once he had inspected the boiler that he could fix all the issues (boiler loosing pressure) and give the boiler an overhaul, replacing gaskets and cleaning injectors. Through the process Chris took photos before and after which was incredibly useful and reassuring. The system had a whole flush down and filters cleaned. I can recommend the full service option as it is great value for money and the boiler has never sounded so quiet and the whole house is lovely and warm. Can’t believe I struggled on for so long with the boiler running badly and wish I’d called Chris earlier. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. I am happy to recommend this service. Even though the job required was not an emergency he said that he would do in the next few days. He tried to contact me the next morning but I had my phone on charge but he still drove to our address on the off chance and found me in. He was quick and efficient and he charged me the least possible price he could (most plumbers would still charge a large call-out fee). Overall I was very happy with the outcome

I was recommended The Plumber from a friend that spoke very highly of his works. I contacted Nix at very short notice as another plumber that I had scheduled decided to go AWOL. He attended my house on the very same day and at a time convenient to myself. After showing him where I wanted two large radiators he advised what the works entailed, how long they would require and anything else that needed doing. I cannot fault his professionalism to his work and price. It was a full days work as he had to create some additional wooden brackets to hold my radiators and bleed/fill the system back up to optimum performance again. I couldn't be happier with his work, many people have commented on how nice my radiators look and how well they have been installed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Plumber to anyone. Nix has undertaken a few jobs for me and also for my parents to a high standard. He's fitted a new shower at my rental property, and a new tap in my own home. I had a free standing gas cooker installed by Michael from iplumb. He rang me to let me know he was going to be a bit late which is great as not all tradesmen do this. He removed the old cooker and installed the new one with no fuss and talked me through what he was doing. He is a cracking young man who is very easy to talk to. I need my boiler servicing in March and have no hesitation in booking iplumb to do this. Great job.

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

I called Gaz on a Saturday morning and was kind enough to come before 12pm to fix a gushing leak from our shower. Came promptly and resolved the leak immediately without damaging the area. Friendly and full of advice. Highly recommended.

Gaz fixed a fault on our boiler. It wasn’t easy to identify the cause of the fault and he had to make several trips to us and for parts. He was really careful to show me the wear and tear on parts replaced and did not replace anything unnecessarily, including avoiding changing an expensive part before first trying replacing the connecting part, which thankfully worked. He is friendly, responsive and charged fairly.
