Excellent experience with LPS limited. Our boiler needed replacing after it was condemned. No heating or hot water. Contacted them at teatime Monday and new boiler was in by teatime Thursday. Competitively priced too

We found LPS on the Worcester/Bosch website and chose them because they had the best reviews. The reviews are very well deserved and we were impressed by all the team at LPS. They gave us a prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. LPS communicated well and phoned us twice in response to our emails. Ben came the same day we rang to service our boiler and Craig and Ben helped us to get to the bottom of our lack of hot water, for which we are very grateful. We thoroughly recommend LPS and will be using them again in future.

Struggled to find a gas fire fitter to buy an online fire and get it fitted. Went to LPS at Guiseley and got the same fire albeit a little more expensive but as they have their own fitters it seemed the best solution. Joe came and assessed the situation and advised on getting a bird cowel fitted. Arranged a date for fitting. Had everything fitted and tested. Really efficient couple of lads, polite and friendly. Really loving the new fire 🔥. Would highly recommend LPS to friends and family.

The Team at LPS were first class. They always turned up on time, kept us informed of delivery dates or any potential issues More importantly, they did not try to "sell" us what they wanted us to have but listened to what we needed and advised. This was a huge job for us, an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels and a new multi fuel stove, so inevitably there was some upheaval. The team kept this to a minimum and worked methodically and cleanly. We were dealing with 1 Firm and 1 overall Manager, Craig. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have called Tom out twice now about plumbing issues at my father’s property, one of which was urgent (water pouring through the garage ceiling) on a Friday evening. He was very responsive and helpful and carried out the plumbing repairs as soon as possible and we were very happy with his work. We would highly recommend him. Thank you Tom!

Can't recommend Tom highly enough - did a great job replacing our old heating system with an unvented smart system at short notice. Phenomenal install, great workmanship, clean, coordinated, with clear communication, and completed on time and on budget. 5* excellent service, we had a new boiler fitted today in a new location too and all of the removal and fitting went smoothly and the team were so efficient. They arrived early and quickly got to work and the job was done way quicker than we thought and to an incredible standard. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond by making sure things like the kitchen cupboard they had to remove was put back perfectly and without any damage which was so great as it was a rather flimsy cupboard in the first place so we are so pleased. We now have a hive thermostat and a warm, efficient home! The house has never felt this cosy before, so pleased thanks again and highly recommend.

I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Adrian fitted a new boiler for us near to Christmas 2023 at our home in Menston. 5 months later, no issues. Adrian was very professional throughout, very honest and seemed to care a great deal about quality and safety of his work. Upfront about costs and these did not change from the original quote. Highly recommended.

In my experience Adrian is great value and totally trustworthy. He put my new Worcester boiler in a few years ago and has been back to service it annually since. He gave me honest advice about the different boiler brands (I still insisted on a Worcester though...) and didn’t upsell me any of the rubbish some companies try to get you to buy at the same time. He’s a tidy worker, methodical and communicates well. If you’re after a new boiler in North/North West Leeds, I’d suggest you give him a call.

We have used Aireborough Gas on several occasions. Recently we had a new boiler, radiators, shower and shower enclosure. We have found Adrian to be professional, prompt, hard working and very competitively priced. We would highly recommend Aireborough Gas and will be using them again in the future.

Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

Fabulous service. Following a very poor experience with British Gas, a regular customer of Mark's called him to see if he could assist me. He was able to come that day. My old boiler - which had ceased working - was gone by the end of the day and a new one fitted the next working day. Mark and his colleague Graham were charming, attentive, efficient and efficient! I contacted Mark regarding a boiler issue on a house I rent out. He has a lot of excellent online reviews & it’s easy to see why. Crombie Plumbing & Heating installed a new Vaillant ecoFIT Pure to replace an ageing Ideal boiler that had passed its lifespan. The whole installation took about 2.5 days and included renewing the gas supply and a replacement shower. The team were courteous, professional and exceptionally tidy, with the absolute minimum of fuss and disruption. The boiler had the option for a smart thermostat - which I opted for - and this now means I can set the temperature and schedule heating using the Valliant app from wherever I am, even on the train.

We have used Crombie Plumbing since 2015 and they have always done a fantastic job with our annual boiler service. They also fitted our outdoor tap and fitted a new magna clean filter. Great service. Contacted them, about a gas fault with my boiler, by text and got a very quick response back. They were then able to send someone that morning to have a look at the boiler. He was knew about my boiler and fixed it in about 10 mins. Haven't had the bill. But service was excellent. Many trades people don't even bother to respond. I will be using them in the future.
