Robert is a true saint of plumbing, saved us on multiple occasions. When we first moved into our property, we had a massive leak in the hot water tank in the loft and felt like all hope was lost. Robert came out on a Sunday, at 9am, and fixed the problem, no bother at all. The price for his services was exceptionally good value and he is a lovely gentleman, providing great advice and explaining his work. He was prompt and effective and will be using his service again, if something were to happen.

I contacted Mr Reactive after being repeatedly let down by a different engineer who was unable to fix my lack of hot water. Mr Reactive quickly came to diagnose the issue and, within two days, had the new part fitted and my hot water restored. I am very pleased with their service, from the speed and level of professionalism to the sensible pricing.

My partner rang Mr Reactive because our heating stopped working at 2.45pm. It’s the beginning of January and snowing outside so too cold to not get it sorted asap. We were given a time slot 3-6pm same day. Engineer rang us at 3.15 to say he was on his way. Arrived shortly after and gave a diagnosis that thermostat was not working. Replaced thermostat. Took the time to show us how it worked and fixed it neatly onto the wall. Engineer’s name was Tee, he was very down to earth and friendly, we felt very comfortable chatting to him. Gave us advice about our boiler for future. Took his time to explain things. Really happy. Everything working fine now. Recommend- especially if its Tee who comes out 😊

Previous engineer charged a lot of money to repair our boiler and still had issues. Contacted mr reactive and they found that the issue wasn’t with the boiler. All issues have now been rectified, well priced and great service from the engineer. For peace of mind we have now taken the boiler cover. Highly recommend!

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

I would highly recommended this guy! I had a problem with my boiler losing presssure (error code e119) every morning, and also it was going beyond the red line when heating was on for a while. He came to my house the same day, and fixed the problem! What more can I say? A genuine and honest person who I would highly recommend. He also went above and beyond and checked my boiler for any problems!

Recently converted my storeroom into a mini bathroom, Plumbpal and team installed a macerator pump, toilet, basin and a radiator. All work done in top quality solder joints along with copper piping. I'm pleased with the job. They showed up when they said they would despite recent bad weather conditions got the job done to a very good standard.

The only fitter who would fit what WE wanted without insisting on a change in OUR design. We sourced the complete bathroom including tiles and accessories and Chris supplied the adhesives, pipes, wastes etc. He made suggestions on better ways of doing certain things, positioning etc and the end result was stunning.
