Absolutely fantastic service! The engineer was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my boiler and had it up and running in no time. Previous engineer charged a lot of money to repair our boiler and still had issues. Contacted mr reactive and they found that the issue wasn’t with the boiler. All issues have now been rectified, well priced and great service from the engineer. For peace of mind we have now taken the boiler cover. Highly recommend!

My partner rang Mr Reactive because our heating stopped working at 2.45pm. It’s the beginning of January and snowing outside so too cold to not get it sorted asap. We were given a time slot 3-6pm same day. Engineer rang us at 3.15 to say he was on his way. Arrived shortly after and gave a diagnosis that thermostat was not working. Replaced thermostat. Took the time to show us how it worked and fixed it neatly onto the wall. Engineer’s name was Tee, he was very down to earth and friendly, we felt very comfortable chatting to him. Gave us advice about our boiler for future. Took his time to explain things. Really happy. Everything working fine now. Recommend- especially if its Tee who comes out 😊

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Having used JP Plumbing for the first time recently I have nothing but praise for them. Recently converted my storeroom into a mini bathroom, Plumbpal and team installed a macerator pump, toilet, basin and a radiator. All work done in top quality solder joints along with copper piping. I had a quote for three sets of taps and knew I needed further work doing. I gave the guys carte blanche for a small budget. The extra work was very reasonably priced. All polite, professional and tidied up behind themselves. Bear in mind three other plumbers couldn’t even tell me what the problem was. They got it done from quote to finish in a fortnight. 👍

Always been very friendly and helpful, helped us a with a range of regular maintenance and other jobs that crop with an older house over the years. Never taken for a ride, and never had any issues with the quality of the work or follow up. Once booked in, they come round when they say they will and won't leave you waiting in for days. I contacted Norton Johnson and they were very responsive, came round exactly on the time they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the problem. We were extremely pleased with the new bathroom fitted by Norton. From start to finish the process was seamless and the end result far exceeded our expectations. We had our boiler serviced by this company. Jag advised us that the water in the system was contaminated, and that the system needed flushing and some chemicals adding to prolong the life of the boiler and the system. Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs
