Wouldn’t use anyone else. Had Union out three times for different things in the space of a month, really helpful and friendly. The engineers are all happy to explain things, put loads of effort into fixing whatever has gone wrong, Lou in the office has been amazing with booking things in and replying to my anxious emails when I notice another problem. Competitively priced and have 1000% earnt my trust.

Use these guys for all our plumbing needs. Fitted our combi boiler and upgraded all our radiators. Completely renovated our bathroom to a very high standard for a very reasonable price. Their airer sales service is also to notch. Highly recommended.

We recently had a new bathroom fitted by Darren from Union Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with it and the service we received! The bathroom looks so smart and modern and has been fitted so neatly. Darren was great - he’s such a lovely guy and he paid such attention to detail with every aspect of the job. Konrad also assisted on a few days and he was also lovely and professional. Jordan is a true gentleman and great to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for him. He fitted our new boiler at the agreed date and time, did a wonderful job and left it all neat and tidy. Cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. He came out to us before Christmas when no other plumber would. He managed to fit in a completely new boiler and change from old system to a combo boiler before Christmas. He is incredibly polite and good to deal with. We called Holme Valley Heating recently because they were local to an elderly family member. Darian attended promptly as the oil boiler had broken down. He was on time, clean and very tidy. He diagnosed the fault and communicated this then managed to get a replacement part the same day and get back to ensure the heating was back on as quickly as possible. I couldn’t recommend his company highly enough it has been a pleasure dealing with him. Thank you for going the extra mile for us.

Wanted to get my elderly fathers oil boiler serviced - so so happy I found this company! Thank you Darian for the great communication and professionalism! Was slightly nervous as I would not be present for Darians visit and my dad is elderly. But all was well!! Oil boiler was serviced thoroughly and some very helpful remedial works were recommended .

Just spoke with Darian, my boiler had cut out and I had no water or CH, Darian spent time over the phone giving me options of what to do to get the boiler working, got it fixed - very impressed with this service clearly Darian is focused on customer service he even emailed me the user guide for my boiler after our call - such a welcomed service on a cold Sunday afternoon! Martin has done an absolutely fantastic job renovating our bathroom. It was a really complicated job that involved rebuilding the floor and tiling very wonky walls, but Martin's calm, methodical and thoughtful approach meant that we had absolute faith that it would come out looking amazing, and it did. We couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend MP&E for bathrooms and central heating work (Martin replaced our boiler and radiators last year, which we've also been delighted with!).

We feel really fortunate to have found such a professional and trustworthy plumber and heating engineer. Martin has installed a new central heating boiler and two new bathrooms for us, neither of which were straightforward due to limited head space, floor space and irregular walls. In all of our discussions with Martin it was evident that he wanted to get it 'right' for us. I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. Andy has been extremely communcative, on time, personable throughout. He removed an old soil pipe, replaced with new, re-directed exisiting basin and bath waste, installed new tiolet and toilet waste. Made good flooring in bathroom, and replaced stonework/step outside. Oustanding service, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

We had an issue with an AirBnB we run where the toilet was leaking down the wall in the room below. Andy came out straight away and managed to stop the leak.
