Not met Andy personally but i have called on him twice for my rented property, nothing is too much trouble. Came out and sorted my issues and kept me informed via phone. Super pleased with Lee. Came a gave a quote for installing a new radiator and repositioning another one. Within 10 days the job was done. All mess cleared away and now super cozy in two separate rooms 😊 Highly recommend 👌

Work done: Removal and installation of toilet and sink for shower room floor to be tiled. Installation of a new hallway radiator. Professional job done. Arrived promptly, worked quickly and neatly. Dan even added some radiator pipe covers to my existing towel rail without me having to ask.

Had a problem with shower leaking which had made a real mess. Lee was round the next day. Worked out the problem , went and bought the part and fitted later that afternoon. Really efficient and a reasonable cost.

We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthew & Chris for an absolutely first class service. We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. Very pleasant to talk to and the cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend. Thank you Matthew and Chris.

Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. The work was completed in five days, considering the amount of work that had to be done with the minimum of mess. Scott, the electrician and Connor, completed this hard working team. Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Really love my new bath, shower screen and shower riser rail. My bathroom looks new again and Chris was so careful removing the old bath, all tiles luckily saved ☺️ Chris really helped me with selection and gave great advice. He also serviced my boiler, removed and capped my gas fire and capped my hob for new kitchen. I felt so out of my depth with all this work but Chris made it so easy, explained everything and answered all my (probably silly) questions. Thank you ☺️

Several years later we needed a new bathroom for my mother in law who had broken a hip. The work was done fast while she was in hospital and VERY well. And at a good price. Really recommend the firm. Pleasant, honest, reliable, effective. Nice chap. Came out at a week's notice and replaced parents in laws' bath taps. Courteous, friendly, apparently very effective (well, they're still working). Recommended.

Called Martyn out to a boiler emergency. He was on a job but came within an hour and carried out repair.He also came back day's later to carry out the yearly boiler service. Him and his son are clean and reliable workers and also reasonably priced on jobs.I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a top local plumber.

Just had some good news for a change . Had a leak on the bath waste pipes coming out of the house at my house in Yorkshire . Didn't look into getting it sorted just called an online company that has local plumbers on the books . Made the appointment and gave card details and then two days later the plumber turns up . At the house 10 minutes , got my tenant to run the bath while he videoed it on his phone then said I need to go back to the office and work out a quote . I get a bill for £162 ,, not for the job , the quote . Seems they charge £125 for the first half hour then £75 every 15 minutes after , regardless of what they're doing . So me being me left them an eloquent review on Trust Pilot , which resulted in an apology email and a full refund . So I decided to give the small guys a go . Sent a message to a company and a guy called Martyn replied . Said he was pulled out last week but would go today . Got a call from him this morning to say he was at the house , could see the problem , was confident it could be done working just from outside and if it's OK with me can he crack on , wouldn't be a costly job . I replied yep , crack on mate . Just had a message to say he'd done the job and an invoice for £72 . That's for digging out cement and fitting two new knuckle bend joints into a downpipe and filling back up the cement . Not a big job but a job well done by an honest tradesmen that doesn't charge stupid money . Lesson learned ☺️
