I needed a leak from the shower tracing and as the leak was only showing on the floor of the room next door it wasn't a simple job. Miles kept me fully aware of the steps he intended to take in way of investigation and he did an excellent job. The bottom line is I fully recommend Sunnybank Plumbing Services for workmanship, professionalism, dedication and value for money. It's staying in my contacts list.

Rang these lads due to a blocked drain that was flowing out in to the street. He advised me he would be with me in just over an hour. Turned up when he said he would and unblocked my overflowing drain in seconds. He opened up all the other drains cleaned out everywhere around the house in order to prevent further blockages. As I had to go out he sent me videos of all the drains from the camera they put through to make sure everywhere was clear and flowing as it should be. Great lads who turned up far quicker than expected and will definitely be using again in the future if required. Very reasonable price also

Brilliant service.... Hasan was recommended to me by a friend and i needed a new full sink installing. He responded quickly, booked in the installation and came on time. Highly efficient, very professional and absolutely pleasant young man. His work was so neat and even cleaned up all the mess. We encountered a slight hiccup due to the old sink being very dated but he managed to sort the problem out with any issues. He talked me through what he was going to do and carried on with his work. Highly recommend the young man. His prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent service, came out next day to replace my worn out flexi pipes and brought the new ones with him including new stop valve. He kept everything nice and clean had is own cloths with him so no water or mess was left behind and to top it, his price was very reasonable to come out on Saturday morning. Had a new boiler fitted and all my radiators overhauled with new valves plus a new radiator in my bathroom! Adam and his friend Dan did an amazing job. When I contacted him he took time to listen to my requirements and suggested a boiler to meet my needs, he quoted very quickly and was true to the quote. He arrived 15 mins early on the agreed day and got straight to work. The job was done to an extremely high standard and he tidied up after himself even relaying a carpet that had to be pulled back. I can't recommend him highly enough, his professionalism and work ethic are top notch. Will definitely use from now on! Brilliant experience!

This is a fab firm of plumbers.We had a problem to-day with our combi boiler due to cold weather.A very helpful lady in the office booked the job in for the same day.A heating engineer attended,as promised,at 5.00 p.m.,and completed the necessary repairs.The service we received to-day was quite exceptional.This is an excellent company run by very professional,conscienscious and knowledgeable staff.Very highly recommended.

I was recommended Slattery Plumbers by a friend - we both live in apartments and have no gas so needed a new electric boiler (not many places install electric boilers). Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. They are a wonderful company, very competitively priced and really look after their customers, both before and after. This was my second time using them and will not go anywhere else.

The engineers arrived at allotted time. Boiler delivered at the same time as engineers. Made sure we had water for day before turning off. Surfaces covered with dust sheets. Old boiler removed and new one fitted. Pipework altered to suit new boiler. Neat work - looks like spirit level and plumb line used. All rubbish removed and areas cleaned on finishing. Paperwork filled in and controls demonstrated to me. Would definitely recommend using this firm.

Booked in for a boiler service. Despite initial issues with the time of my booking the man did arrive at the time my appointment was changed too. (I booked a morning appointment but they called to change it to an afternoon appointment so they could be more efficient). He carried out the work quickly and to a high standard. He found an issue with the expansion vessel and said this could be fixed the following week and it was. Again the service on the second visit was fast and efficient. He cleaned up after himself on both visits and put everything back together (he had to dismantle part of the fitted wardrobe to get to the boiler). There was no mess. He brought all of his own tools (which was perfect as were moving house all of our own tools were packed away) and asked for anything extra he needed (old towels to avoid water spillage). Highly recommend and would defo use them again

It was a bit of a non standard job since our old boiler was Biomass, it lead to a few complications but the team handled them all well and made sure they were solved before they finished. For non standard jobs like ours I would recommend asking for a visit to survey the job rather than looking at it remotely in order to get a more accurate quote and time frame. However the company provided us several quotes and options. Their communication was good and it was a particularly difficult job which they found a way to complete.

It took 3 attempts to diagnose and repair to continued loss of pressure to our boiler. While it was frustrating, we must say JB Heating stuck with it and resolved the problem. In addition, not only was the engineer very polite and courteous, the admin back at the office keep us fully informed each time from booking the appointments to confirming the time of the engineer’s arrival, as well as responding with further updates.
