This was our first time using a plumber after moving into our house 2.5 years ago. What can I say - it was so easy to organise everything with Jodie and she got back to our enquiry super quickly so we could get our bathroom sink and taps sorted. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Now have a nice and toasty house along with hot water. Thank you very much.

Fantastic service. I had a water pressure issue in my flat which could not be resolved by 2 other plumbers. Ben came, explained what he was going to do, found the problem and resolved it within 30 minutes. I would recommend him and I will use his services again. Thank you.

We found LPS on the Worcester/Bosch website and chose them because they had the best reviews. The reviews are very well deserved and we were impressed by all the team at LPS. They gave us a prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. LPS communicated well and phoned us twice in response to our emails. Ben came the same day we rang to service our boiler and Craig and Ben helped us to get to the bottom of our lack of hot water, for which we are very grateful. We thoroughly recommend LPS and will be using them again in future.

The Team at LPS were first class. They always turned up on time, kept us informed of delivery dates or any potential issues More importantly, they did not try to "sell" us what they wanted us to have but listened to what we needed and advised. This was a huge job for us, an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels and a new multi fuel stove, so inevitably there was some upheaval. The team kept this to a minimum and worked methodically and cleanly. We were dealing with 1 Firm and 1 overall Manager, Craig. I would recommend them to anyone.

Struggled to find a gas fire fitter to buy an online fire and get it fitted. Went to LPS at Guiseley and got the same fire albeit a little more expensive but as they have their own fitters it seemed the best solution. Joe came and assessed the situation and advised on getting a bird cowel fitted. Arranged a date for fitting. Had everything fitted and tested. Really efficient couple of lads, polite and friendly. Really loving the new fire 🔥. Would highly recommend LPS to friends and family.

We’ve just had a new boiler fitted by Ben ! From the word go he was professional and respected our home. We received a message to say he was on his way with a tracking app and a picture of him so we knew who he was . He arrived on time and after introducing himself got straight to work and worked tirelessly until the system was working, cleaning up as he went along, He explained how to operate the new boiler controls and made sure the system was running properly, and that we were happy with everything. He advised us about a suitable service plan that their company operates. Highly Recommended!

I first came across Brad when I had an outside tap constantly running - he gave helpful advise about how to isolate over the phone and then came a few days later to replace the tap. Given his help and professional manner, I then asked if he did bathroom renovations and I’m so glad I did! Brad and his team have done a fantastic job on our new bathroom. He had a good local recommendation for a supplier of the bathroom furniture and his team have done an amazing job fitting everything. Great communication throughout, tidy workers and adaptable to circumstances. Would highly recommend, and I’ll be recommending Brad and his team to others. I've had a lot of work completed by AMB Plumbing and Heating, everything has always been to a very high standard and really reasonably priced. Initially i was worried about the new boiler cost but its absolutely been worth it. My bathroom and en-suite were also completely transformed recently and they're amazing! These guys are the best Plumbers and Gas engineers in Leeds!

We have used AMB several times over the last few years - they did the plumbing when had new kitchen fitted, fitted a new boiler and then serviced it. This year we had a new bathroom fitted and wow it was an amazing transformation! Extremely professional guys - we have no worries leaving them with a key to our house whilst we have to go out to work. Never known anyone work so hard and clean up at the end of the day like they’d not even been in the house. Our bathroom has gone from being so old fashioned and horrible to a 5 star hotel bathroom in 2 weeks it really is beyond whatever we could have wished for. Thank you again 😃

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Had several issues with leaking pipes and previously fitted utilities, phoned Keith, he was amazing from the start, even though there was challenges such as road weather conditions he was on time, executed jobs, perfectly and clean, organised, well equipped with all parts and tools, very friendly and helpful, respectful, great customer service skills and abilities, matching knowledge, would highly recommend and use again.

The best plumber I have ever used. Friendly and personable, he arrived within an hour or so of my phone call and replaced a kitchen mixer tap (the cold water feed pipe under the sink had split) for a very reasonable price. Richard came recommended to us from someone he had done work for. I was told he is very caring with is work paying attention to detail and turns out a very neat and professional looking job. He as just fit us a new boiler and changed the system over to combi. The work done was very neat and all done to a very high standard. Everything was covered up and no mess made. We had a total new bathroom fitted by Richard while away on holiday for 2 weeks and totally trustworthy in leaving him in our home . From the start of the renovation discussing what we liked and suggestions from him what was best to use in showers/ taps/ tiles to completion, we were kept up to date in every process he was doing,even sending us pictures. He was meticulous in the details like cutting the trim for the tile edging and tile grouting . It was vacuumed up and tidied on completion His work was 100% and we have no problem in recommending him to do any bathroom projects future customers have in mind . Richard also fitted our boiler and services it every year and highly recommend him for both of these services 😀 We love our new bathroom !

When we spotted our driveway sewer cover lifting due to a blockage with the in-laws arriving in less than 2 days, panic! Luckily a quick call to Drain jet and within the hour their van arrived to sort the issue. An hour or so later the problem was solved, thanks to Peter! The price was good, especially considering it was an emergency call. Peter explained everything well and advised us who's responsibility the different parts of the pipes were from our property, next door and to the road. Thanks again Drain Jet!

Discovered an overflowing soil drain and toilets not flushing, rang drain jet on a Sunday night, left a message. Received a response within 10 minutes and the problem was resolved the next morning, took around 30 minutes. Our waste drains were completely blocked, Pete did a superb job and explained everything.
