We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Had a really good experience with this company. Would definitely recommend. Our boiler was not working and needed looking at urgently. One call, and a boiler technician, Abdul, was on his way. Abdul was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the boiler repaired quickly and efficiently. We even had the boiler serviced by him while he was here. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Had several issues with leaking pipes and previously fitted utilities, phoned Keith, he was amazing from the start, even though there was challenges such as road weather conditions he was on time, executed jobs, perfectly and clean, organised, well equipped with all parts and tools, very friendly and helpful, respectful, great customer service skills and abilities, matching knowledge, would highly recommend and use again.

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. Richard came recommended to us from someone he had done work for. I was told he is very caring with is work paying attention to detail and turns out a very neat and professional looking job. He as just fit us a new boiler and changed the system over to combi. The work done was very neat and all done to a very high standard. Everything was covered up and no mess made. Had a broken downstairs loo which was overflowing on each flush. Hard working, courteous, tidy, polite and genuinely good guys. Replaced the systern and resealed the loo. Really happy with the work and fairly priced. Would recommend. (they do electrics too) Ps. He likes a brew, black tea no sugar lol

Nathan was very efficient, punctual and professional. He repaired and replaced some pipework and installed a dishwasher. During the job he was friendly and kept his working area very clean an tidy. If you need a good, reliable plumber who doesn't over charge, he's your man !

Nathan came and repaired a burst pipe for me. I was in a real panic as the burst pipe was under my laminate flooring. Nathan was very professional and soon sorted the problem for me. I had an issue with a leaking overflow pipe and have had two other plumbers out to come and fix the leak. They charged me for the job and still didn’t sort the issue out. I got in touch with Nathan and he came out and identified the source of the leak straight away. He was very professional and and I was very pleased with his service. I live in rented accommodation and recently our landlady hired Nathan to help fix our shower which had drainage and leak issues. I couldn’t fault Nathan at all. He kept me and my partner (as well as the landlady) well informed and was able to fix the issue in a very timely manner.
