Our cold tap broke and refused to shut off, flowing water everywhere. Dave came out on a whim to fix our little emergency, and in less than 30 minutes of the incident occurring, the problem was fixed! Would recommend!

I used TPS plumbing many times and always received an excellent service at a good price. I especially appreciate a couple of occasions where I needed an emergency response and both times Dave dropped everything, attended the emergency and resolved it there and then.

Had a really good experience with this company. Would definitely recommend. Our boiler was not working and needed looking at urgently. One call, and a boiler technician, Abdul, was on his way. Abdul was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the boiler repaired quickly and efficiently. We even had the boiler serviced by him while he was here. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

I called Drain Jet after finding them on Check-a-trade and I'm so glad I did. Spoke to Spencer and booked in for the same week. I had an issue as to whether there was a connection to a drain. He came out, checked it fully, was polite, knowledgeable and put me at ease to know all was fine. Reasonably priced for the work done. Discovered an overflowing and blocked drain on New Years Eve and Spencer managed to book us in on the day within a matter of hours. Brilliant communication throughout and Peter that came and sorted the job was friendly, helpful and resolved the issue straight away. When we spotted our driveway sewer cover lifting due to a blockage with the in-laws arriving in less than 2 days, panic! Luckily a quick call to Drain jet and within the hour their van arrived to sort the issue. An hour or so later the problem was solved, thanks to Peter! The price was good, especially considering it was an emergency call. Peter explained everything well and advised us who's responsibility the different parts of the pipes were from our property, next door and to the road. Thanks again Drain Jet!

Discovered an overflowing soil drain and toilets not flushing, rang drain jet on a Sunday night, left a message. Received a response within 10 minutes and the problem was resolved the next morning, took around 30 minutes. Our waste drains were completely blocked, Pete did a superb job and explained everything. Scott installed my boiler in late January 2019. The kitchen was being renovated, and the gas metre was being moved. I had a good quality grand piano and did not want its environment to get too cold. Scott was very accommodating and the timing of the installation of the new boiler was perfect. I realised immediately what an understanding, capable, and kind professional he is. Since the installation six years ago he has serviced the boiler annually and kept it in good repair. He is always very pleasant when he visits and very good about letting me know when he will arrive. He was very understanding when I had to call him out for the first time. He responded rapidly and was unperturbed when he discovered that I had simply failed to keep the pressure in the boiler at the appropriate level. I recently had to call him out on a weekend for a genuine repair. He visited on a Sunday in a timely fashion and began work. A part was required, and he dealt as quickly as possible and very efficiently with its acquisition. I am very fortunate that I am able to depend on Scott to ensure that my house and water supply remain warm.

I’ve contacted the Yorkshire Boiler Company now on 4 occasions. I needed two new boilers one at my workplace and one at home. They have been out twice to assist with the heating at both premises. They come immediately and delivered what they say they will do. On both occasions, when I needed the new Boilers i had vulnerable adults at home and at work. They put the new boilers in the following day. Their prices are fair and I would rate this company aa excellent. Thank you for your prompt work and for caring it makes a difference. Thankyou

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Nathan came and repaired a burst pipe for me. I was in a real panic as the burst pipe was under my laminate flooring. Nathan was very professional and soon sorted the problem for me. I was so impressed I have booked him to change some valves on my radiators. Nathan is very good value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. I had an issue with a leaking overflow pipe and have had two other plumbers out to come and fix the leak. They charged me for the job and still didn’t sort the issue out. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben for plumbing or heating services. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. We called Ryan when our boiler broke and he responded super quick and was able to come round to diagnose the problem. He was honest and said it could be fixed but may be better to get a new boiler. He quoted us up for a new boiler and fitted us in quickly to get it installed. He was professional and the price was competitive. We also trusted him as he was an advanced valliant installer and our new boiler had extended guarantee which is great. Will use Ryan to service our boilers yearly and would recommend him to anyone :)

We had a total new bathroom fitted by Richard while away on holiday for 2 weeks and totally trustworthy in leaving him in our home . From the start of the renovation discussing what we liked and suggestions from him what was best to use in showers/ taps/ tiles to completion, we were kept up to date in every process he was doing,even sending us pictures. He was meticulous in the details like cutting the trim for the tile edging and tile grouting . It was vacuumed up and tidied on completion His work was 100% and we have no problem in recommending him to do any bathroom projects future customers have in mind . Richard also fitted our boiler and services it every year and highly recommend him for both of these services 😀 We love our new bathroom !

Richard came recommended to us from someone he had done work for. I was told he is very caring with is work paying attention to detail and turns out a very neat and professional looking job. He as just fit us a new boiler and changed the system over to combi. The work done was very neat and all done to a very high standard. Everything was covered up and no mess made.
