Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache. He’s a really lovely lad and I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re in urgent need of a plumber! His prices are very fair and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Thank you stefan!

Our heating and hot water stopped working on a freezing February, Stefan replaced the broken pump within an hour of calling him to help! Came round after 5pm when he wasn’t even working! Thank you, fantastic service!

Stefan removed an old gas heater and capped the gas supply. I had been searching for a gas engineer for a while with no luck and after coming across his good reviews online, I contacted him and he was round to do the work. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend.

Called Martyn out to a boiler emergency. He was on a job but came within an hour and carried out repair.He also came back day's later to carry out the yearly boiler service. Him and his son are clean and reliable workers and also reasonably priced on jobs.I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a top local plumber.

Several years later we needed a new bathroom for my mother in law who had broken a hip. The work was done fast while she was in hospital and VERY well. And at a good price. Really recommend the firm. Pleasant, honest, reliable, effective. Nice chap. Came out at a week's notice and replaced parents in laws' bath taps. Courteous, friendly, apparently very effective (well, they're still working). Recommended.

I've been struggling to find a replacement cartridge for my bathroom taps. Called in on the off chance that I could find them here. Despite the fact that they don't stock what I need (seems that no one does for that matter) - the owner went above and beyond to help me. Recommended alternative companies, websites, taps even though he wasn't getting a sale out of it. Rare these that people will help you just to be nice/kind. Excellent service, will use them for my next plumbing job or purchase 😀

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. We had an emergency leak and were panicking about what to do. Rang Dave out of hours and he said he'd be with us within the hour, but we were pleasantly surprised when he managed to get to us within 20 mins or so. Dave was fantastic and did a great job of finding a solution to a complex problem. He managed to solve our problem that evening, giving us peace of mind, and provided a great service all round. An absolute life saver.

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

Derek came out to fix my mum's broken stop tap and did a great job! She was really happy with the work and how professional Derek was throughout. He gave genuine advice on other work - suggesting cheaper solutions rather than bidding for the work for himself. The stop tap had been a problem for a while and another plumber had tried to fix it but broke it all together and said it was too complicated! A tricky job but not too tricky for DJC Plumbing! Definitely recommend

Right from our initial contact, Derek provided and excellent service. He was polite and friendly, clean and tidy and the work was completed to the highest standard. The repair suggested was the cheapest appropriate option, not the most profitable. Despite the high quality of the work and the professionalism the price was surprisingly reasonable. We were having a little nightmare with our washer dryer. We had to buy a new one but it kept pausing and we were stumped as to why. My husband suspected that the water pressure was the problem. I called Derek who advised he was very busy with emergencies that day but would call me and let me know when he was on his way. He arrived later on that day and even though he was exhausted from his busy day and struggled with our fitted kitchen to get to the pipes...he fixed our water pressure and we could FINALLY do our washing!!!
