I've been struggling to find a replacement cartridge for my bathroom taps. Called in on the off chance that I could find them here. Despite the fact that they don't stock what I need (seems that no one does for that matter) - the owner went above and beyond to help me. Recommended alternative companies, websites, taps even though he wasn't getting a sale out of it. Rare these that people will help you just to be nice/kind. Excellent service, will use them for my next plumbing job or purchase 😀
I've been coming here for a few years and I've found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The prices are very competitive too. The rare occasion I've had a problem with a product I've bought, it's been dealt with without any fuss. Keep up the good work.
