Can't rate them highly enough. From first phone call to completion they've been helpful, professional ans friendly. We have a microbore system that's not worked since moving in. 3 other plumbers couldn't work out what to do. They came out and managed to work out what was what, find hidden manifolds and replace the bits that needed replacing so we now have heat!

I called as a new customer for a boiler service. Simon had a great telephone manner and worked around my availability. Tom showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and professional. The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. All-in highly recommend for their professionalism and ease of doing buisness. Looking forward to working with them again.

I called Simon out as I had water mysteriously running out of my wall at a place where there was no obvious water! Simon quickly found the problem and sorted it. He was fast, professional - and quite funny too! Brilliant service!

John was very swift in replying to my boiler enquiry and came round quickly. Explained all options available, pricing clear and very easy to work with. Quality of work was excellent and he cleaned up thoroughly after fitting a new boiler so would highly recommend.

John and the team at JDF have been fantastic. They delivered exactly what they’d promised, and more, but kept within their initial quote. Clean and tidy, punctual and courteous, and a far more reasonable price than any other quote that I received! Not only that, but he was able to pop round on the day that I first phoned him to assess the issue, and had us booked in for the work done very quickly. John did a very speedy and reasonably priced job replacing a faulty kitchen tap for us. I’d highly recommend him. John has also recently fitted us a new central heating boiler. He helped us select the right boiler for our property, turned up on the agreed day, at agreed time, fitted the boiler in a timely fashion and cleared away our old boiler and any packaging and waste from new boiler. He then talked us through how to operate the new boiler. All done for a very competitive price. I’d highly recommend him if you are considering having boiler or plumbing work done

Used JDF for the first time yesterday for a boiler service, John was punctual, very efficient, knowledgeable and good value for money. He spent time walking through other issues we have with our plumbing and plans for future projects offering his opinion on what would be best for us and our house both operationally and financially. I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. The communication with the head office was spot on as well. I'm really pleased with the overall service of the UP&H and I have already recommended to friends and family.

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.

I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . Perfect! Needed an emergency sorting out on a Sunday, arrived in less than an hour, sorted out the problem at a great price. Very polite and friendly. We were very happy! Will be using again in future as we want to do some upgrades at the house.

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Rang mark at3pm today he was there by 4pm to sort out leaking water pipes under the sink unit. All sorted by 4 30. Cannot believe the fantastic service and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend. Such a nice polite friendly person

Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

Mark is an amazing man with his work! He came to remove an old oven and to fit a new oven which was going from gas to electric. The knowledge this man has for his work is outstanding, he quoted me £120 for this job. He spent 8 hours at my home doing this job because the electrics was being difficult and still wanted £120 but I said no and gave him £200 because the work he did was amazing, the kind man he is, full of conversation, takes pride in his work. I would 100% recommend this man to anybody. I rang him and he was straight out to do it, no messing about. Absolutely amazing worker
