Fantastic service. Tenanted property, Luke came out on a Sunday after an emergency call. Genuine and transparent. Replacement boiler fitted and gas safety certificates issued the next day. Would recommended and we will certainly be calling him again too.

I would highly recommend. I had been having trouble finding replacement bath taps with an old style fitting. James went the extra mile and managed to find replacements and fit them where other plumbers hadn't.

A very knowledgeable and professional heating engineer. MA Plumbing serviced an existing oil fired boiler/cooker range for us and also supplied and installed a separate new oil boiler in our farm holiday cottage. Excellent service and quick to fix my problem. I have a kerosene tank in garden. The pump in the house had gone (which was under worktop in kitchen) so no heating or hot water. Marcus replaced and fitted new pump, put my kitchen cupboards back perfectly. Very efficient, friendly chap. Have used him before and he diagnosed and fixed that too. If you want a proper job done I highly recommended 5 ⭐️

The engineers arrived at allotted time. Boiler delivered at the same time as engineers. Made sure we had water for day before turning off. Surfaces covered with dust sheets. Old boiler removed and new one fitted. Pipework altered to suit new boiler. Neat work - looks like spirit level and plumb line used. All rubbish removed and areas cleaned on finishing. Paperwork filled in and controls demonstrated to me. Would definitely recommend using this firm.

Booked in for a boiler service. Despite initial issues with the time of my booking the man did arrive at the time my appointment was changed too. (I booked a morning appointment but they called to change it to an afternoon appointment so they could be more efficient). He carried out the work quickly and to a high standard. He found an issue with the expansion vessel and said this could be fixed the following week and it was. Again the service on the second visit was fast and efficient. He cleaned up after himself on both visits and put everything back together (he had to dismantle part of the fitted wardrobe to get to the boiler). There was no mess. He brought all of his own tools (which was perfect as were moving house all of our own tools were packed away) and asked for anything extra he needed (old towels to avoid water spillage). Highly recommend and would defo use them again

It was a bit of a non standard job since our old boiler was Biomass, it lead to a few complications but the team handled them all well and made sure they were solved before they finished. For non standard jobs like ours I would recommend asking for a visit to survey the job rather than looking at it remotely in order to get a more accurate quote and time frame. However the company provided us several quotes and options. Their communication was good and it was a particularly difficult job which they found a way to complete.

It took 3 attempts to diagnose and repair to continued loss of pressure to our boiler. While it was frustrating, we must say JB Heating stuck with it and resolved the problem. In addition, not only was the engineer very polite and courteous, the admin back at the office keep us fully informed each time from booking the appointments to confirming the time of the engineer’s arrival, as well as responding with further updates. I found this company through a recommendation and so glad l did. We have struggled for years getting someone brave enough to tackle our antique heating system. Since the new gas boiler and removal of an Air Source Heat Pump, we are actually warm for the first time in years. We found the service and care second to none and all at an affordable price. Antony was really understanding on the phone as I panicked. He came out the same day and easily fixed the problem. He didn't overcharge me despite the fact I was a woman on my own. He also talked me through the problem, how to avoid it in future and general care/issues with the boiler. Would highly recommend and will be keeping his number for any future issues!
