Brilliant service! Brand new boiler fitted by Marcus & Vincent. Very professional I would highly recommend MA plumbing & heating.

Excellent service and quick to fix my problem. I have a kerosene tank in garden. The pump in the house had gone (which was under worktop in kitchen) so no heating or hot water. Marcus replaced and fitted new pump, put my kitchen cupboards back perfectly. Very efficient, friendly chap. Have used him before and he diagnosed and fixed that too. If you want a proper job done I highly recommended 5 ⭐️

MA Plumbing serviced an existing oil fired boiler/cooker range for us and also supplied and installed a separate new oil boiler in our farm holiday cottage. Fantastic service. Very honest. I was quoted £400 and £220 to fix a radiator from other companies. James saw the pics and provided a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend. I had been having trouble finding replacement bath taps with an old style fitting. James went the extra mile and managed to find replacements and fit them where other plumbers hadn't.

There's nothing like a leaky tap to drive you mad, especially when your new sink unit is less than two years old! My partner and I called Antony and whilst this was a relatively small job he was great. We arranged a mutually convenient time to get the new unit fixed and he was there. No hassle, no fuss, did the job and and a fair price too. We wouldn't have any hesitation in contacting him again if needed (though hopefully it won't be too soon!). Excellent service.

Moved into a new home and needed the boiler serviced and re back up and running as water mains had been drained and stopped off. The technician arrived on time. Work was carried out professionally quickly and friendly. Can't ask for more..

The engineers arrived at allotted time. Boiler delivered at the same time as engineers. Made sure we had water for day before turning off. Surfaces covered with dust sheets. Old boiler removed and new one fitted. Pipework altered to suit new boiler. Neat work - looks like spirit level and plumb line used. All rubbish removed and areas cleaned on finishing. Paperwork filled in and controls demonstrated to me. Would definitely recommend using this firm.

It took 3 attempts to diagnose and repair to continued loss of pressure to our boiler. While it was frustrating, we must say JB Heating stuck with it and resolved the problem. In addition, not only was the engineer very polite and courteous, the admin back at the office keep us fully informed each time from booking the appointments to confirming the time of the engineer’s arrival, as well as responding with further updates. It was a bit of a non standard job since our old boiler was Biomass, it lead to a few complications but the team handled them all well and made sure they were solved before they finished. For non standard jobs like ours I would recommend asking for a visit to survey the job rather than looking at it remotely in order to get a more accurate quote and time frame. However the company provided us several quotes and options. Their communication was good and it was a particularly difficult job which they found a way to complete.

We used Lucas Reid, just last week and have used them for a few years now. They are a very friendly and professional company who go out of their way to please and ensure all work is carried out to our satisfaction. Never leave any mess, or work unfinished. Definitely recommend.

Slightly scruffy and opinionated, but the view is excellent and the scones were top notch. Very friendly to American children who've never seen sheep in person! Highly recommend for all your heating needs.
