From the moment I arrived at better dental Rochdale I was met by Lisa she was very friendly and very helpful, the staff are amazing and I felt at ease straight away

Excellent experience again today! After cancelling at the last minute and rebooking at my convenience for appointments with both Patrick and Lisa I was in and out in about 25 minutes. All the staff are really helpful and friendly and will put you at ease if you are a nervous patient. Having a laugh while being attended to is a challenge, but we manage it somehow! Who would think a visit to the dentist could be such a positive experience? Thank you team

I have been with this Dentist for 3 years my experience with Skircoat Green Dental Practice has always been amazing. The care and empathy is outstanding. I have had surgery, with implants and the care of the overall dental staff was excellent. Neil who has been my main Dentist completed surgery and implants, he listens,understand any fears, and discusses all parts of each process with precision, his after care and support has been outstanding and is consitent in his approach, care and dentistry. I go to this practice every 3 month for after care and checkups with other Dentists at the practice and they are all consistent within their care and approach. I highly recommend a visit to this practice

My family have been going to Skircoat Dental for a few years now. We find Reem very friendly, she has a great ability to put your mind at rest. Her approach is honest and open which is refreshing and we feel confident with her dental care. The dental nurses are also lovely and we always leave with a smile on our face.

A fantastic dental surgery! Friendly, helpful staff who explain each aspect of your treatment from the moment you step through the door. Emails and text messages sent regularly to remind you of your appointment. Have joined their dental plan which means you spread the cost out. I am very happy with the surgery and would highly recommend them.

What a great team! Visited Reem and Karen today, as a crown had dropped off. Reem fully explained all available options, plus the pros and cons of each. The errant crown was duly replaced, quickly and painlessly. Hopefully it will stay put 🤞🏻but if not, I know what my options are. Thank you both for a successful visit …. So glad I moved to Shine Dental from my old NHS practice. The service is excellent with regular scheduled appointments throughout the year that suit my busy diary, efficient reminders and nothing is too much trouble. I pay a small monthly fee that covers my dental needs and am so glad I made the switch!

I have had bad experiences in the past with dental treatment and get very anxious. However Dee is extremely understanding, patient and kind. The practice has a relaxing atmosphere and all the staff are lovely. I couldn't recommend this dental practice enough. Thank you for being so kind.

I was very nervous about this appointment as I had my 3 month old son with me but I had no childcare. I shouldn't have worried as Dee put my mind at rest and made me feel completely welcome with him and said there were enough people to settle him if needed (it was only a check up appointment). I was completely put at ease and whilst having my check up someone did come in to keep my son occupied which made the whole experience less stressful!

I have accompanied my mum to the Old Church for several years and their customer service is always superb. It’s a beautiful building, immaculate inside with a calm atmosphere. Each member of staff is so warm and welcoming they immediately put you at ease. I have never been to a more friendly practice where everyone is helpful, chatty and show genuine interest in their patients. My mum is very happy going there and looks forward to her regular visits as they treat her with the utmost care and respect.

Honestly a completely different experience to anything I've had before. Every single person is friendly, helpful and it (almost) makes going to the dentist a pleasure. The receptionists are all kind, helpful and do everything they can to make your visit as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. I have seen two of the dentists at the practice and both are amazing at what they do, not only in terms of the quality of their work but also makes a refreshing change to have all options explained fully to be able to make an informed decision. I won't go anywhere else, unless all the staff leave. Highly recommend The Old Church.

Having been to the Old Church Dental Practice and having always been worried by attending dentists, this group of specialists really do take that dread away. Moazzam is a real dental artist, kind and caring and the finished tooth is a work of art. Thelma is also kind and caring and a real specialist. Having had root canal treatment her work is precise and painless a real gem. In general, all team members are polite, always courteous and wanting to put you at your ease.

My appointment to have my teeth cleaned and polished today was a very positive experience. Isabel (hygienist) and Jennah (nurse) did a marvellous job, they are professional, thorough and very pleasant and make you feel at ease if you are nervous about such procedures. Providing useful tips on your personal oral hygiene and brushing techniques in order to prevent decay. My teeth are now sparkling and the best clean I have experienced over some time. Thank you so much for your care and work today ladies.

The Dentists and staff are lovely here. They really care about patient welfare and are skilled at what they do. I think that’s very rare in this world so I wanted to come and leave a review. Their manager is lovely , you can tell the practice , staff and patients are all well looked after.

Absolutely amazing, friendly extremely helpful staff. Keep you informed and reminders sent for treatment and appointments. Never feel uncomfortable in the waiting room or in the dentist surgery. They are all an excellent team who all work together. I would recommend this dental practice, each member of staff give 100%. The treatment I have always received is 10/10. Had my first extraction June 23 - worried beforehand but quickly put at ease. Process was very quick and painless and site is healing well. I have been with this dentist for over 20 years and have always been impressed by David's, and all staff's, mix of excellent of professionalism, kindness and humanity.

Profissional, competent, honest and transparent staff. Very good first experience. The only downside side I found is the fact that there is no ramp yet to make it accessible to wheelchair users. But the dentist informed me they are planning to make it accessible in the next year. Definitely will come back.

I have recently joined MF Dental Care and have found the care and support I have had, has been of a very high standard. Everyone has the time to talk things through, ease anxiety issues and are very approachable and friendly. The dentist is calm and professional and happy to explain what she needs to do and why. Very impressed so far.

I cannot fault MF Dental. Before Christmas I was in agony with pain, and I got an emergency appointment the same day with Keith Ainsworth. Keith talked me through what he felt was going on and gave me some amazing advice until we could localise the pain to one tooth. The next day when the pain had localised to one tooth - he saw me again and began the root canal process. I had my final appointment yesterday and it was pain free. Keith and the dental nurses have been amazing and I cannot fault them.

I have been with the practice over 40 years and have never had a bad experience. I wish that it was around when I was a child. I then would never have suffered with the anxiety that I have had. The practice environment is clean, spacious and staff are friendly and approachable. My hygienist and dentist are willing to offer advice and give clear explanation of the treatment they plan to do. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the practice to anyone.

I have recently had dental treatment at Denpoint. Dr Will Seager was excellent. He explained the treatment plan and communicated well throughout the procedure. I was given good aftercare advice as well which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very pleasant and calm. I didn't feel any pain which is always a bonus! I have been at this Dental Practice for many years and have found the whole dental team responsive and helpful consistently. I would recommend this practice.

Had a crown prep and fit with Simon, very comfortable process especially with the scanner instead of the impressions. Thanks Simon. My crown fits absolutely perfectly. Both appointments were on time and both nurses were fantastic, Lisa and Zoe. Reception , Julie and Daun were very welcoming and helpful. Had a hygienist appointment a few weeks ago and Kelly was fantastic as usual and I left feeling relaxed and with a fresh smile. Lovely dental practice can highly recommend.

I’m always put at ease at every appointment, the dentist and nurse I had where very calming, my treatment was explained carefully before I had it done, and the reception staff where great booking me in. I really like that the practice phone to get you in Earlier if they have any cancellations as well. Great service throughout I would definitely recommend this practice.
