The new young man who has joined the practice is lovely and puts you at ease straight away. He remembered everything about me from my last visit, and took the time to ask about my own well being and if I was coping since losing my husband, offering support if I found myself struggling. My doctor hasn't even asked me those questions. His exam was very thorough, gentle and very reassuring. The receptionist is aways polite with greets you with a smile and is very welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice.

The receptionists went above and beyond today to get my emergency appointment sorted. A lovely warm welcome when I arrived and Pranav was so gentle, patient and reassuring. I don't usually write reviews but I'm truly grateful for all that was done for me today. Thank you!

Fabulous practice, after feel like I'd been butchered at my previous dentists I was very nervous. But I needn't have been. Everyone was lovely and they explained everything that was going to happen before they started. So friendly, kind and very patient. I can't thank the staff enough.

I have been a member of Pontefract Dental Care for many years. The staff on reception are always pleasant and welcoming and contact well in advance if amendments to appointments are required. I have been with Poppy for a number of years now and she always does a thorough examination, she is always very nice and welcoming and clearly shows a level of care that goes a long way in my opinion.

I've been going to Pontefract dental care for a few years now and would highly recommend them. The practice is clean and modern with really helpful friendly staff. The booking system is very organised and the reception team usually call prior to appointments as a reminder which is really handy. The dentists and nurses are wonderful, I've never had any pain during the procedures I've had, and they've filled me with confidence each time. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. 10***********

Can’t recommend this dentist practice enough. Every is so friendly and helpful, the dentists always take time to explain issues and treatment plans and options. They always get you in at the earliest opportunity when requesting emergency treatment too. They also recognised issues with my daughters teeth that our previous dentist didn’t.

I scheduled an appointment while on a short trip visiting family, and Raj was able to accommodate me on short notice. The quality of the dental work was outstanding. The practice has an excellent concept, and I felt comfortable right from the start thanks to the calming and welcoming ambiance created by the staff and sleek decor. I recently visited after a veneer cracked and fell off (fitted elsewhere years ago), they managed to get me an appointment quickly and Raj did an amazing job of rebuilding my tooth so I could smile again! My new tooth looks 100 times better than what I had and natural, don’t know how he did it! I’ll definitely be back for more work I need in the future. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful service when I got my teeth whitened and composite bonding done before my wedding. I was short on time but Dr Raj made sure the service was never rushed and I still received a bespoke treatment that fitted my timescale. He was informative and provided great resources for aftercare. The practice itself was extremely modern and had all the facilities finished to the best standard, I felt like I was in a luxury hotel which helped me feel really relaxed throughout! Would recommend to all.

I have been attending this dentist for 18 years 💕 I highly recommend this Dental Practice. The members of staff and dental nurses are fantastic, so professional, kind and understanding. Sharif is an amazing talented dentist making you feel confident and relaxed. Today I had my first implant procedure it was really good. I had been stressing about the procedure but it was" a walk in park " I am always grateful for having a welcoming friendly team when I attend. I had a bad experience with an NHS dentist about 5/6 years ago and I haven’t seen a dentist since, I have recently moved to Ponte and I thought it’s about time I see a dentist just to check on my teeth. Wow 🤩 I was so impressed! I have never had a better experience at a dentist! Everyone was so friendly and calm I didn’t feel nervous once I met my dentist and honestly for the price you can’t go wrong! My dentist looked after me, made sure I knew every detail, he made sure I understood everything and he answered all my questions even the ones I thought were silly questions after I asked them. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better dentist and this is after my first visit! And I’m not one to ever go private, I’ve always been told they’re extortionate with prices but I was really surprised how much 2 teeth cleans are going to cost including them using their new teeth cleaning machine which will make me feel a lot more comfortable when I go to have it done. 10/10! All I can say is try them for yourself and you’ll know what I mean 😁

This dental practice is fantastic. Every interaction I have with the entire team feels like I'm talking to friends. I've been coming to rockingham for a few years now and my teeth are the best they have been. All the staff are so professional but very friendly which makes visits very pleasant. I travel 60 miles to come here as its the best dentist I've ever had. I can highly recommend their services. Also, they do really care.

AV Dental have been amazing and truly professional from my initial phone call. They made time for me and put me at ease that there is a way forward with my dental problems. Yesterday I collected my dentures which fit beautifully and even have the small detail of a painted gum line as my own had detiorated too far. Highly recommend AV Dental 👌. My course of dental treatment finished last week ( I have a free review to take place in June) at AV Dental in South Kirkby. Mr Malik carried out the work. His workmanship went totally up and beyond my expectations. I can't thank Mr Malik and Lindsey his dental nurse enough. Also a thank you to Michelle on reception. My teeth look fantastic. My first visit and I was very impressed. I am nervous when going to the dentist but the dentist and assistant put me at ease straight away. They gave me advice and took X Rays to show exactly condition of my gums. Gave me the time to understand what was needed and if I wanted to proceed. The hygienist was brilliant. Talking me through the process which put me at ease and I felt very confident in letting them do all what was necessary. They also explained how I needed to look after my teeth to ensure a good outcome thereby stopping problems before they happen. Highly recommend.
