Had new locks, mechanism and handles fitted recently by Tigerlocks. Absolutely spot on service from this young man (Tiger) After the first visit he assessed and quoted explaining just what parts were needed and work entailed. On the second visit (Saturday morning) the work was carried out quickly, cleanly with no fuss. Can recommend with confidence.

Mark came out at the drop of a hat, after hours too with all the kit needed to get the job done. Helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble, he even cut 2 spare keys in his van within 5 minutes. Recently used A1 locksmiths as my husband had snapped the key in our door I messaged them via WhatsApp and they were at my house within the hour. Super friendly and got straight to work fixed the issue within an easy 15/20 mins. Not to mention they look after veterans which is close to my heart being one. Replaced lock and fair prices. Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Locksmith named Terry attended who was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of trade. Works completed in less than half an hour and very reasonably priced. would definitely recommend and will use in future for all locksmith needs.

Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.

Extremely good service by this business. I had contacted a few automotive locksmiths regarding recoding a transponder to a vehicle in order to reactivate the second key for a relative. Most didn’t even respond and the ones that did refused to code just the transponder and wanted to charge me for a full new key. After contacting Turnkey he was in agreement that it was just the transponder and was more than happy to assist and in a few days came via mobile service and got it working in less than 10 minutes saving me around 66% over what other companies wanted to charge. Would recommend for automotive locksmiths solutions

Absolutely first class service, I was looking at a 3 hour wait from another locksmith who was charging the earth just to come out on a Saturday night, luckily I came across this guy on google. He was here within 30 minutes of me calling him. He tried everything he could to get in without having to drill the lock to save me money. Needed a locksmith Sunday evening as my elderly mum’s door handle broke on me when I went to visit her, so we were locked in.I rang Marc to come fix it, but unfortunately he wasn’t able to come till next morning.I said it’s fine I will just climb through window for me to go home. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t get through the window as they don’t open wide enough, So I resigned myself to stay the night at mum’s house.I got back in touch with Marc to let him know I couldn’t get out and would he come early as possible that next morning.
