I phoned in the morning as I was having a problem with my fob (Dodge) not a very common car the guy arrived in the afternoon reprogrammed me a fob. What an absolute gentleman And alot cheaper than dealer prices cannot praise them enough

Called at 8.30am, arrived at 10am, cut new key, best price, friendly service! Call this guy first!

Called up late on the 27th of April, about a broken car key. Advised of the vehicle make and model, and was advised would need to download the data. After doing this he contacted me back and said that had been done and was I available the next working day to get this done. Once it was done he came out early morning after confirming he was on his way, and advised that this was now completed and replaced the single key I had a double set. Great value for money and a great person to choose. Thanks very much Dave!

Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Mark attended within a couple of hours of calling and replaced the lock. Mark was friendly and professional he explained the problem and got the job done quick. Recently used A1 locksmiths as my husband had snapped the key in our door I messaged them via WhatsApp and they were at my house within the hour. Mark came out at the drop of a hat, after hours too with all the kit needed to get the job done. Helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble, he even cut 2 spare keys in his van within 5 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service. I went in to have 3 keys cut for my front door and was quoted a very reasonable price (much cheaper than a certain well known chain of locksmiths and shoe repairers). Unfortunately, the keys were cut from the wrong key on my bunch which might well have been my error when handing them over. Luke could not have been more helpful and not only cut three of the correct key for me, but was very happy for me to keep the others. I tried to offer some payment for these, but he wouldn't accept. Overall an excellent experience.

Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.

Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Locksmith named Terry attended who was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of trade. Works completed in less than half an hour and very reasonably priced. would definitely recommend and will use in future for all locksmith needs.

Rang the company this morning and they had a locksmith with us by 2pm. Terry was a smashing bloke. Looked at the broken lock , assessed and then fixed it efficiently and quickly and gave my warehouse manager advice on maintenance going forward. If needed would definitely use again.

Absolutely first class service, I was looking at a 3 hour wait from another locksmith who was charging the earth just to come out on a Saturday night, luckily I came across this guy on google. He was here within 30 minutes of me calling him. He tried everything he could to get in without having to drill the lock to save me money. I completed the 5 day city and guilds ncfc course. The teacher was Marc. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. Ethan from the shop was also very helpful, I contact him regularly for products. Chelsea from HR was also brilliant in advising about the course.
