When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Within minutes we had arranged a date and time for the be lock to be fitted. Gareth arrived on time, was efficient and friendly. The block was dotted in no time and a full explanation was given has to how I register the new keys and how the warranty worked. I received my receipt before he left and we have had no issues since. Fast, responsive, efficient and good value for money. Also got 5 new keys. Great company and great service from Gareth.

He took a lot of care and explained the process, and ensured that everything was done with great attention to detail. I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had with this guy who worked at the auction. His information was obtained from the auction house when I won a car that was missing its keys. I called him promptly, he promised to be at the auction place early and get my keys done first and he arrived before my tow truck arrived, as promised. Despite the car's electrical problems, he was able to programme the key and get it running, so I was relieved to have the keys instead of worrying about how I would get them and how much they would cost everywhere. Really logical, competent, and true to what he said. Highly recommended

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. We are very happy with the end result, would recommend to friends and family.

Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. We had a problem with our door cylinder which jammed up with the key stuck in it on the outside. We called B&S after finding them online. Andrew came out really quickly, sorted the issue, and charged us a fair price. I'll definitely be contacting B&S whenever I need a locksmith in the future!

Friendly, cheap (£5 for a single key cut). Incredibly efficient (took me longer to do a bank transfer than it did to cut the key) all in all very good service

Andrew came out to sort a bedroom window lock that had dropped and caused so much headache. Professional service, ordered a new part and fitted on the handle aswell. Honest reliable company, will surely be using again!

We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.

Afy programmed a key for me which was a complex job but he handled it professionally and sorted it all out within 1 hour.
