The Key Team were fantastic! They have me an instant quote that was much more reaosnable than what my insurance affiliated company offered. Arrived on the day, did the job quickly, easily and professionally. He (Danny) also explained everything about it to me as he went along. All in all a very positive experience in an otherwise stressful situation.

The fitter arrived on time and introduced himself. I explained the issues in full and he set to work , reprogramming a new key card and cutting a new physical key. 45 minutes later, all work was completed and tested satisfactorily. First class work by Danny, who also left his business card, well done , I was pleased with the work.

We had a problem with our door cylinder which jammed up with the key stuck in it on the outside. We called B&S after finding them online. Andrew came out really quickly, sorted the issue, and charged us a fair price. I'll definitely be contacting B&S whenever I need a locksmith in the future!

Andrew came out to sort a bedroom window lock that had dropped and caused so much headache. Professional service, ordered a new part and fitted on the handle aswell. Honest reliable company, will surely be using again!

Fantastic service and price. I had a dodgy fob and was locked out of my van and my key was so worn it wouldn’t activate the locks (old van absolute nightmare). Michael drove the few miles to me and managed to gain entry without damage via the lock and then swapped the components from my old genuine Ford fob which was broken into an aftermarket fob I’d bought online then recoded it which worked perfect, the next day I called at his shop to collect a new key he’d cut for me and he fitted my old genuine Ford transponder into that key which works perfectly, saved my weekend as I needed the van for work and all for well below £100! It’s a month later now and I’m late leaving this feedback but everything is still working fine. Brilliant customer service and great job done quickly, needless to say I won’t be using anyone else for keys or locks in future.

We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had with this guy who worked at the auction. His information was obtained from the auction house when I won a car that was missing its keys. I called him promptly, he promised to be at the auction place early and get my keys done first and he arrived before my tow truck arrived, as promised. Despite the car's electrical problems, he was able to programme the key and get it running, so I was relieved to have the keys instead of worrying about how I would get them and how much they would cost everywhere. Really logical, competent, and true to what he said. Highly recommended

When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Within minutes we had arranged a date and time for the be lock to be fitted. Gareth arrived on time, was efficient and friendly. The block was dotted in no time and a full explanation was given has to how I register the new keys and how the warranty worked. I received my receipt before he left and we have had no issues since. Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Just excellent all round. I contacted Craig initially as I was struggling to lock my front door - having to force the handle up to lock it. Craig came around initially to assess what needed doing and made a temporary fix. He came back at a future date after he had got the part. It involved a lot of drilling and adjusting of the new gear box and door to make it fit snuggly, Craig took time and patience doing this working well into the evening before he had finished. We were so impressed with Craig's service. We called on a Sunday needing a fast turnaround for some house keys and really felt looked after. When the shop shutters broke, Craig made a visit to our home that day to cut keys for us. Top bloke, great prices. Would not hesitate to recommend.
