I contacted AK Auto Locksmiths requesting a spare key for my Hyundai. I received excellent service, quality and price. The gentleman I dealt with was a very polite young man.

I rang this lad after dealing with a company who sent 2 locksmiths over who took an hour to come over and couldn’t open my boot. This guy came over in 20 minutes, opened my boot in about 2 minutes and I got my keys back. Very friendly and efficient, and offered me the cheapest quote out of everyone i spoke to. Gave him a well earned £10 tip as well. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person. Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Really happy with the work Ramin did for me today. Right from my first point of contact, he was polite, professional and easy to communicate with. Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.

The fitter arrived on time and introduced himself. I explained the issues in full and he set to work , reprogramming a new key card and cutting a new physical key. 45 minutes later, all work was completed and tested satisfactorily.
