I completed the 5 day city and guilds ncfc course. The teacher was Marc. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. Ethan from the shop was also very helpful, I contact him regularly for products. Chelsea from HR was also brilliant in advising about the course. The good thing about MPL is that once you get certified from there, you are a member of the trade club at the shop, which gives you 10% off from all products. My trainer Marc was brilliant and his way of teaching and using real life scenarios was great to understand in what scenarios you would use which method. Found new lock mechanism on website with clear dimensions to replace mine which was faulty. It was clearly stated new design and said new keep was also required. Clear information on which keep I needed. Delivered next working day. There was an issue with the delivery as item was damaged in transit. I emailed to get an immediate response and item was hand delivered a short while later. We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.

We had a problem with our door cylinder which jammed up with the key stuck in it on the outside. We called B&S after finding them online. Andrew came out really quickly, sorted the issue, and charged us a fair price. I'll definitely be contacting B&S whenever I need a locksmith in the future!

Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago.
