We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.

We had a problem with our door cylinder which jammed up with the key stuck in it on the outside. We called B&S after finding them online. Andrew came out really quickly, sorted the issue, and charged us a fair price. I'll definitely be contacting B&S whenever I need a locksmith in the future!

I couldn't speak more highly of Jonny! He came out promptly after an emergency call at 11.30pm. He was incredible polite, friendly and has very competitive prices. It was so easy to pay as he comes with a card machine. My door does not have a standard lock but Jonny was able to provide one that fitted perfectly at short notice and also included extra keys. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago.
