From the initial phone call to finishing the work, nothing was too much trouble. Really, really pleased with the work, sorted a new transit key and remote fob out even though I didn’t have a spare. Well done!! Well recommended!!!

The fitter arrived on time and introduced himself. I explained the issues in full and he set to work , reprogramming a new key card and cutting a new physical key. 45 minutes later, all work was completed and tested satisfactorily. First class work by Danny, who also left his business card, well done , I was pleased with the work.

The Key Team were fantastic! They have me an instant quote that was much more reaosnable than what my insurance affiliated company offered. Arrived on the day, did the job quickly, easily and professionally. He (Danny) also explained everything about it to me as he went along. All in all a very positive experience in an otherwise stressful situation.

Tony has just fitted an additional door lock to our flat so that we can satisfy the requirements of the contents insurance. He was also able to change the barrel of the original lock so that one key fits both locks. He was really efficient: very neat and clean and a pleasant chap too. Very reasonable price and cheaper to get the additional lock fitted than pay for a more expensive insurance policy- win, win.

Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Both jobs done quickly and without fuss for a great price. Can highly recommend and will use again when needed 👍 Cheers, Steve

Excellent service, very professional and quick to install a new door handle and realign the door. Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice! Came to my rescue!!! These guys were doing some work on a house a few doors down and I found it impossible to get my outer gate to unlock.. 20 minutes later I asked 'can someone try my key im finding it impossible to get in' he unlocked my gate and gave me some really useful advice and was so very lovely! I didn't know he was a locksmith as well as he showed me the logo on his jacket! Fate had it and honestly he was fab! Life saver!

Locksmith arrived well within the promised one hour, neatly removed a lock to allow us access and replaced with a better product in about 15 minutes - amazing. Overall excellent service. Note, I had two locksmiths turn down the work and one who said they could do it but an hour later rang to say they actually couldn't before I called White Rose. I'll certainly be keeping their details, just in case we stupidly leave spare keys in the locks when we go out.

Cannot praise the service enough! Called at midnight for an emergency with my car’s Disklok steering wheel cover. I had travelled for a wedding and forgotten the key at home with everything happening, theses locks are extremely difficult to disable. Throughout it all I was reassured and after a lot of trying, success! Thank you so much, got me out of a terrible (and stupid) situation during a very important time.

When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. My door would not lock and when I phoned Locksmith Leeds - MobileLS Ltd they came out straight away and were very efficient polite. I was worried about a call out charge before any work was actually carried out, as I wasn’t to sure what was wrong with the locking mechanism, however there was no call our charge you only pay for the work carried out and parts. I am very pleased that I used MobileLS Ltd and would highly recommend.
