AC Roofing came and saved the day, I previously had my roof done by some cowboy roofers who left it in a bit of a state - AC Roofing fixed the issues and finished the work to a high standard. They were great with communications and always turned up when they said they would, a pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I cannot thank Ash and his team enough. I had been looking in on a property for a family member who could not move in due to ill health, and found several roof tiles had been taken off by a storm, with rain and melting snow leaking through the hole. Ash came out next day to assess between jobs and they had the hole patched the day after - less than 48 hours after my first call, and at a very reasonable price. Definitely the sort of tradesman you value when you find them, and would recommend to others.

Fixed the gutters at the front of our house very quickly and for a reasonable price. The team were very professional and the gutters have been fitted to a high standard. They also took our old ones which was a bonus - thank you again!

Ashley came to assess the problem within a short time of my phoning him and was able to give me a date for when he would be able to do the work.. Tony and the guys from Leeds roofing company are without a doubt, the best guys around for any of your roofing needs. I have never met a more professional hardworking bunch of guys in my life, they took so much care and pride in their work, delivered beyond my expectations in half the time and were by far the most pleasant people i've ever had work on my house. Tony popped over one evening to have a look at my roof, he gave me several options on what he could do to try solve the issues with my leaky old roof. He was open and honest from the beginning and it was decided that in the long run, a new roof was the best course of action. I was incredibly nervous about having the work done, scaffolding, noise and mess, i didn't want any of it, but I honestly could not have picked a better man for the job. He put me completely at ease and carried out the world so diligently and with such excellent communication, the whole thing was an absolute breeze and now my house looks brand new. Can't recommend Ben highly enough. We were left with real problems after a previous roofer ditched mid job and left us with a leaking roof. Ben came out incredibly quickly and gave us a full quote and got the work completed in record time...for cheaper than the quote! The roofers cleared up as they went so everything was left clean and tidy. Very impressed.

I had two ridge tiles come off during the recent strong winds. No hesitation contacting Action Roofing once again. Matt came out on the Sunday and recommended a dry fix solution for the entire roof. The quote was reasonable and acceptable and the work carried out the following Wednesday. Once again a professional service from start to finish. This is a good and honest business.

Incredible tradesman and our go to business anytime we have roofing issues. We had a few small jobs that needed looking at that two other roofers snubbed and made it feel as if it wasn’t worth their while. Trusst were the opposite, Mick listened to what we needed, asked for a few photos up front and came round to carry out the work turning up as agreed. A timescale and cost was given then got to work. During the work he found the start of a wasps nest and treated it for us without any additional cost. Really pleased with the quality of the work and service, nice people to deal with and would recommend.

After an initial phone call, Mick and Adam arrived within 30 min to look at the guttering and roof tiles as rain and the thaw after the latest snow was running down the inside of the house , took photos of the problem and set out a plan of action , IN DETAIL also advising at each stage of repair. While replacing tiles found many more that were damaged, replacing those too , as well as lining, guttering and fixing fascia. I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Had a roof tile fly off during horrendous winds, and the friendly team at Yorkshire Roofing came round the very next day in the morning (even arrived early!) and rectified the issue and were able to get the fallen slate back in and ensured my roof was all good. I contacted John for a quote for some roof work. He talked to me, reassured me and calmed me down as I was panicking. He talked me through what the issues could be and even agreed to look at some photos. He gave me the best advice, was very professional and supportive. He did not try and charge me for a job that did not need doing. It was condensation issues not a leak! I am so glad I contacted him. The issues have been resolved, thankfully.

We had a problem with water dripping from our ceiling room close to window, when raining. John took this job promptly and he kindly cleared all gutters which were full of debris and moss. He also sealed a small part arround gutter to prevent further water leaking. John kindly reviewed some issues with a roof that had come up in a house survey report. He kindly went to look at the issues and spoke to us about them and provided a report. He was responsive, professional and easy to deal with.

I contacted John yesterday when I had water leaking into my bedroom which I suspected to be from the gutter, which was damaged. He came out today and sorted it there and then. He was really friendly, explained everything that he was doing and very reasonably priced. The guttering now looks miles better and repaired properly. He also replaced some slate tiles for me, which had broken recently. Amazing service and I'd use him in future, should I ever need to. Thank you 👍

Bailey's & Co recently completed a whole new re-roof at my property, Dave initially assessed the roof and provided different quotes for whatever roof option I chose. I agreed to the reroof and he was prompt in booking in. On the day, the guys arrived on time and completed the job within the agreed timeframe. I am very happy with the work they did - they even cleaned up after themselves and took way the old roof tiles. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again, Top lads !! I have also recommended him to family members, my mum has also had a porch issue rectified by Bailey's and would also use him again.

Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team booked us in for the roof doing within a couple of weeks of receiving the quote and got the roof done within a few days! He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done.
