Needed to do a whole new re-roof (including fascia, cladding and guttering) of my parents property and quickly as was patched up by home insurance to last a couple of weeks. Was recommended this company by a friend. Came to do a quote within a few days of contact and spent time assessing the roof, rather than just doing drone pics which can’t actually tell you what’s going on under the surface, as had a few of these quotes and were not that beneficial other than calculating measurements. Quote was reasonable compared with the other quotes I had. Craig was very thorough and honest and answered all my queries. He could see the urgency and gave reasonable time lines. Kept me in the loop at every stage. I do not live in the area and the whole job was done without me being there or meeting the team directly but I felt very reassured as Craig updated me and was very approachable. He could see I was interested in the details and was more technical at answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff, no question about that. The neighbours were so impressed with Craig and his expertise, that they decided to get their roof done at the same time Craig and his team (Luke, Daniel and Scott) worked really hard and got the job done in the time frame stated. Sending me updates and photo’s throughout the week. They cleared up after, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. Craig is also registered with the NFRC, so all the work is guaranteed and I received the building regulations certificate too, so much less faff than going with a roofer who does not provide this. Just had complete new roof on a semi, new roof on extension and all new soffits gutters and facials all done by Craig and his team. Seventh time lucky We have had a leak in our roof around the chimney stack for well over three years and have had six separate roofers out to have a look at it and attempt to fix it. Some returned several times without success and caused us a lot of stress and money. Unfortunately we still had the problem. We were recommended Craig by a friend and wish so much that he had been the first to look at it. He came out to assess the problem and despite his busy schedule organised a tower and scheduled the work in for us. He and his work colleague completed the work in less than a day. They replaced badly fitting roof slates as required and also the rear gutter back cover flashing. They left the site clean and tidy and sent us photos of both before and the after the work was completed. There has been significant rain since the work was completed and there has been no sign of any leakage into the bedroom. We found Craig to be a friendly guy yet very professional. We will definitely be recommending him to others.

Craig team arrived to replace our ridge tiles yesterday . The lad arrived on time explained the job to me. I had some reservation about how the felt in the loft would be mended. They reassured me it would be fine. They finished the job and cleaned up well. They ended up doing more than the quote to make certain the damaged roof felt was removed and replaced I check the felt in the loft and it is better that I could have dreamed of. GREAT JOB they did not charge any extra for doing it. The roofer said that he does what is necessary to do the job correctly. I would recommend this trader to any body. I am now going to book another job with them in the next few weeks

First chance they had free time, they were over and worked the day to clear, repoint and re-cover the area, also clearing and tidying another flat roof part at the back of our place, doing a great job for both tasks. After the recent storm my kitchen roof started leaking, I contacted Phil and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. This is the 5th time I'm using his firm on various properties since 2015. Phil and his team are always professional, efficient, knowledgeable and above all thorough. They walk you through the process and are transparent and honest. On this occasion, Russel discovered that the sealant around the lead had failed in certain places and the water was finding its way in under certain wind conditions, the roof was not leaking all the time when it was raining. Russels advice was to rake all the old sealant out along the lead and then reseal it. He came back in a couple of days to do the job at a very reasonable price. After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. We had a small leak on our flat roof extension and didn't know where to go for such a small leak. I tried DPR more in hope than anything and they took the job on immediately. A guy came and looked at the job and confirmed they would be able to fix it sending me a quote later. On the day they arrived we were out initially, but they just got on with the work and finished with a professional job very much to our satisfaction. Clean, tidy workmanship and conducted throughout the process to professional high standards. Very satisfied.

Excellent response time, extremely professional and amazing customer service all second to none. Needed a roof tile replacing during the recent storm. I requested a quote in the evening not thinking I would hear back till the next day, but not only did Darren message me pretty much instantly, he arranged for a team to visit me first thing the next day. Fantastic service; initial communication was via whats App regarding my roof tiles that had come off due to the heavy winds/storm. Had shopped around for a few roofers and had some absolutely ridiculous quotes from a few clowns. We were beginning to loose hope to find anyone decent...but then thankfully searched on Google maps and came across Shane at Premier Elite Roofing... We rang and he came out the next day to give us a quote.. Put it this way...literally over a grand less than the cowboy who had quoted us before.. The work carried out by everyone at Green and Heritage roofing has been fantastic. From the initial survey onward. Kieran and Kyle were the roofing team and were an absolute credit to the firm. They work extremely hard and did not leave until late. They checked with us and made sure that all of the work was what we expected. This was a huge flagged roof and they kept the slight dip that has been there at our request, this was a very heavy roof. These two are a credit to the company. From start to finish, the team were excellent. Adam led the project and he did so with politeness and efficiency. He was here rain or shine by 8am and he worked most Saturdays to ensure the project was finished in time (3-4 months in total). Adam, Callum and the other guys tidied up after themselves every day and never asked for anything. They invited us up onto the roof on many occasions to show us the progress. It was a VERY expensive project because of the size and shape of the roof and chimneys so we were very mindful of choosing a company that could do what was required, particularly because our house is Grade 2 listed. I recommend Green and Heritage 100%. We are very happy indeed with the finished roof.
