Michael and his team completed a full re-roof including new guttering, fascias and the install of a number of Velux windows for us earlier in the year as part of a full attic renovation project and was instrumental to the success of the entire job. Michael is a perfectionist and there’s no doubt that reflects in the quality of his work, but Michael was also a great help with other aspects of our job, providing invaluable advice, feedback and also contacts when other elements of our job from other tradesmen weren’t going to plan as well as offering solutions to make good complications caused by others. Had shopped around for a few roofers and had some absolutely ridiculous quotes from a few clowns. We were beginning to loose hope to find anyone decent...but then thankfully searched on Google maps and came across Shane at Premier Elite Roofing... We rang and he came out the next day to give us a quote.. Put it this way...literally over a grand less than the cowboy who had quoted us before.. Shane managed to get to us within a week or two and fixed the damp by replacing the grouting in the chimney stack. Utter professional. A decent bloke. Him and his mate worked hard and got the job done. Now the neighbour is using them for her roof repairs and the next neighbour... And the next..!! A decent honest tradesmen. Fantastic service; initial communication was via whats App regarding my roof tiles that had come off due to the heavy winds/storm. They came out on the same day to have a look and provided a decent quote which we were happy with. They arrived on the day and time agreed and got the new tiles on promptly. Another great job from Taylor Roofing! I have used this firm for nearly 20 years and always been highly satisfied. Today two smashing blokes named Kev and Geoff came to strengthen a sagging pitched roof for me. What great guys!. Amazing service. I had their number as they'd priced up some work to our roof. I phoned in a panic this afternoon as the bedroom roof blew off in the wind. We had a small leak on our flat roof extension and didn't know where to go for such a small leak. I tried DPR more in hope than anything and they took the job on immediately. A guy came and looked at the job and confirmed they would be able to fix it sending me a quote later. On the day they arrived we were out initially, but they just got on with the work and finished with a professional job very much to our satisfaction. Clean, tidy workmanship and conducted throughout the process to professional high standards. Very satisfied.

I was really happy with DPR roofing, they came out quickly to quote and then to complete the work. We were chuffed as had water coming in to our bedroom ceiling and they sorted it quick. All the men I met were very friendly, polite and professional and did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced as we wanted to just repair our roof until we can afford a new roof and we were very happy with the work they completed. We had DPR do out GRP fibreglass flat roof. Right from the off they were personable and professional. Neil who did the initial survey was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and informative. Having a complete re-roof is a daunting prospect. GMC’s approach was incredibly thorough and they gave us invaluable advice before we had even committed to using them. There were various challenges as we got underway (including tricky access which required specialist scaffolding) but all were overcome with careful thought and professional expertise. The quality of work was outstanding, Sarah kept us updated throughout and the whole team were great to work with. We would have no hesitation recommending GMC as an all round 5 star company.

I was in a petrol station and had forgotten my purse and this wonderful man called Gavin was behind me and offered to pay for my petrol - I said I would reimburse him - his answer was 'don't worry it is my good deed of the day'. For quite a long time we have had problems with our roof at our business premises and have had a couple of "roofers" come and try and solve them. Just had complete new roof on a semi, new roof on extension and all new soffits gutters and facials all done by Craig and his team. He gave us a good price, started the work on time,if not a little earlier to help us.Finished when he said he would. Very tidy, very considerate and friendly to neighbours. Craig team arrived to replace our ridge tiles yesterday . The lad arrived on time explained the job to me. I had some reservation about how the felt in the loft would be mended. They reassured me it would be fine. They finished the job and cleaned up well. They ended up doing more than the quote to make certain the damaged roof felt was removed and replaced I check the felt in the loft and it is better that I could have dreamed of. GREAT JOB they did not charge any extra for doing it. The roofer said that he does what is necessary to do the job correctly. I would recommend this trader to any body. I am now going to book another job with them in the next few weeks

Seventh time lucky We have had a leak in our roof around the chimney stack for well over three years and have had six separate roofers out to have a look at it and attempt to fix it. Some returned several times without success and caused us a lot of stress and money. Unfortunately we still had the problem. We were recommended Craig by a friend and wish so much that he had been the first to look at it. He came out to assess the problem and despite his busy schedule organised a tower and scheduled the work in for us. He and his work colleague completed the work in less than a day. They replaced badly fitting roof slates as required and also the rear gutter back cover flashing. They left the site clean and tidy and sent us photos of both before and the after the work was completed. There has been significant rain since the work was completed and there has been no sign of any leakage into the bedroom. We found Craig to be a friendly guy yet very professional. We will definitely be recommending him to others.
